Thank you for sharing your story. Bless you. It was really helpful to me. Since being young i have suffered. Its always been there. But ive achieved stuff not knowing what i was suffering with. Am 42 now. When i was 36 i trained to be a life guard, every one in the group was in there 20s apart from me and another man who sadly gave up half way through the practical course that went on for 2 weeks. I was terrified having to deep dive ,save mannequins from the bottom, practice spinel turns and race! (I was for sure the slowest) i almost gave up myself halfway through with anxiety and cried to the trainer that i couldn't do it ,am to old,to unfit. The trainer had no doubt in me at all and told me "you can ,u can do this" so i carried on with the most overwhelming fear in my gut and told myself ,feel the fear then do it anyway! Am so very proud because i have been suffering with high functioning anxiety! And i did it! I qualified 😊 with this type of anxiety it can push you to do some amazingly great things in life ,but you always have them thoughts in your mind your not good enough. Am no longer a life guard 😂 the job its self was very boring, i couldnt stand still! Am hoping to get back in a better place ,because i know i can. Thanks again for your video ❤ good luck with all you do x
Thank you, Aimee! I'm glad hearing my story was helpful for you and thanks for sharing more about yourself. It sounds like you did an excellent job of facing your fears and I wish you the best! ❤
Thank you for sharing❤ I’m currently going through the phase where I know I should stop crucifying myself for everything, so when you said “ you are where you’re supposed to be” a wave of emotions hit me. My anxiety is at a point where it’s crippling and I need to do the work. I started following your content recently and it’s really helpful.
I've never heard of the "High Functioning Anxiety" until now, but the more I research it, the more I think it applies to me. I've watched a few of your videos and see a commonality.

It’s so hard. No one around me understands..noone knows what it’s like, they think it’s just regular anxiety
I understand and know that you're definitely not alone, Julianna! ❤
