Southern Sea Otters Snooze and Frolic Near Morro Rock in Morro Bay Estuary, California

This video was shot in December of 2015 at the Morro Bay Estuary in California. A group of otters snooze floating on their backs while two otters frolic by themselves in the distance just off of Morro Rock.
