Drew Barrymore was so sweet and innocent here. Tragic the Hell she went through a short while later with the drugs and everything. Glad she was able to get back on top of things. Hollywood can be very tough on kids.
drServitis : I agree. That her mother actually had Drew attending many very late night parties is awful (the mom could attend if Drew did). That some of the ‘adults’ at those parties gave her drugs, is such a bunch of bull💩❗️ Drew must have developed some great self control later on, to get herself cleaned up and sober.

Drew has been very well brought up.
Good manners & full of humility at such a young age.
Actually Drew turned out well in spite of her atrocious upbringing. Her mother was horrible. She deserted Drew at Hollywood parties as a very young child. Drew had her first alcohol at age 8, started drinking on the regular at age 9 and doing drugs incredibly young. By 15 she was trying to get sober. She’s talked about it very openly and her mother has admitted to as much. Watch their Oprah interview on you tube. Childhood stars are fascinating because they have the social skills of an adult, but it’s unfortunate they don’t get to stay children longer.

It is interesting but I do not know how booking works on that show, and the logistics, and current events, but it is a family oriented talk show, so maybe.
