Tilder Moyo-Karizamimba is a Zimbabwean radio personality who is well known for tackling sensitive social issues. She made a name for herself at Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC)'s Radio Zimbabwe where she hosted a no-holds barred Sunday morning talk show which touched on various social issues. Some of the controversial issues that the programme has dealt with include those of satanists, child prostitutes, victims of rape and business people who use juju to enrich themselves. It was a phone-in programme and many a times perpetrators and victims called in airing their views and experiences making it worthwhile for the audiences to tune in. People should be encouraged to seek medical treatment a lot of medical conditions are treated. Even some of the premature death and other death can be prevented. Their problem is Octurnal enuresis they need to go and see urologist their bed wetting problem will be treated .Medication such as Tofranil, Ditropan and Levsin can be prescribed to them after seen by a urologist. A lot of people have got high blood pressure undiagnosed and not on medication which is causing a lot of stroke and death. Please people seek medical help this bed wetting can be treated. Urine is toxins excretion from the body so they don't need to drink it its human waste.
