Well thank you! I actually made an improved version that I haven't put a video out on yet. I've got some extra PCBs around so I'm sure we could figure something out. Assuming you have my contact info handy, shoot me an email and we can discuss!
Ha, well thanks either way Karl! I repurposed this channel from one I was using (or not really using) exclusively for laser stuff so maybe that is why you're already subscribed?
Thanks for your kind thoughts '309! It's still new, so perhaps it will be rated differently in the future. Comments help I think, so it is much appreciated!
Instead of single notes maybe each key could send a pattern of notes? Could play it like a sampler. Another thing could be 1 button as an octave button then the other 3 play 1, 4 and 5 notes in the scale
So what do you think? IS this the world's smallest keyboard? (Or at least the world's smallest 5-pin DIN MIDI?)
Awesome! Do you have an extra one laying around that I could buy from you?

Thanks, algorithm. Subscribed.
Oh, I already was subscribed. Hmmm.....

@@cookedaudioPossibly! Bit of a strange one haha.
Neat! It looks nice 👍. Thanks to the youtube algorithm to show me this underrated video!

Whats the song used during PCB assembly?
This project reminds ke of a piezoelectric buzzer midi thing
The artist is @midierror linked in the description.
The one by @mitxela you mean? Was also a cool project, would be cool to do a collab!

Both excellent ideas, thanks!
super cool. makes me think of the micro midi synths that @mitxela has made. Still have no idea of what either of them do or are used for though haha.
Well thank you! Actually I'd meant to get in touch with him about this. Might be cool to do some sort of collaboration with one or both devices.
I think Mitxela might have you beat, but it's hard to compare. Actually i just looked it up, and his are all MIDI synths and not conrollers!
Thanks for the comment. Yes, I considered that, and you're correct - a bit different. Would be cool if we could get the two of them together :-)
