I never lost anything in Korea. I forgot my phone once in the Korean subway and I was able to find my phone at the lost and found center. When I called my phone, they told me to visit the lost and found center. Wallet with cash is the same. Someone will bring it to the police station, or the wallet will be there in the same spot.
