This is my favourite ‘Romolini’ . I cannot visit Italy anymore but Danilo takes me there every month. This property has given me many idea’s , especially the pool area. My property also has the same sun aspect and it is highlighted in his presentation. The philosophic quotation at the end is a high note and I often think of it with a glass of wine as the sun recedes and makes its way to the northern hemisphere. Thank you Romolini .

@@Romolini_christies I picture a 'farm house" to be much smaller & have a barn for livestock on the property. Thus, this is why I think it looks more like a mansion. I'm from the Great Lakes region in the US. If you look up "farm house" in the Midwest; you'll instantly see the glaring difference.
A gorgeous home. Love the church architecture. The color of the shutters has a little French influence I think, although the French prefer a light baby blue for shutters, not turquoise so much. A very nicely renovated home. I live in Italy and teach English. Congratulations Danilo on your perfect pronunciation of English. I know what a challenge it is to not pronounce a vowel at the end of most words. You had a good teacher, whoever that was.
then, many thanks for your kind words, Danilo studied in UK, US and Ireland ( for the past five years). It was a big challenge to leave us when he was still a child, but, i must say, that made the difference. Not only for the level of English he achieved, but also for the man he has become!

The best part is the ex church. It is sort of replica of my 4 bedrooms cave by Almeria (Spain). I bought a cave for its 21* temperature year round. I mostly live in Venice, but love my cave as fossil fuel emissions (a humanity concern) are zero in caves, cellars and in structure-like caves such as this amazing ex church.
