Are you sure you are the one to be standing on your box preaching to the world with your holier than thou attitude? You are coming off as a narcissist who is just pissed that his Lycan didn't sell for as much as you thought it would, and saddened by the number of subs you have compared to the successful TH-camrs. At the American Speed Festival which this drove at, I was talking to the driver. This thing nearly broke the lap record with front suspension problems. Absolute beast
Technically 4 teams have won on debut in F1: Alpha (1950), Mercedes (54), Wolf (77), and Brawn (09). I'll call it 3, since Alpha in 1950 was series debut, so someone inevitably and inadvertently had to win the first race. Wolf's are cool. Ive raced against a GB08, that was later sold and converted into a WILD pikes peak car. It attempted a record run but I believe weather hindered it.

What he isn’t factoring in is... the “wolf” would have to survive a crash at Indy at over 240mph. That’s where the extra weight is. The aero and chassis (and the engine) are substantially more robust for wheel to wheel racing. I’m sure this is a great car... but an Indycar has to be great at a street track, as well Road America, short ovals and super speedways.

Is he going to set a new lap record? Is someone going to offer him a seat on their race team? We don’t know yet but we do know one thing, it’s going to be self-serving. 9:12 CURVE BALL! And I did not see this coming. Casey tells us that after spending a limited amount of time in the car, he has managed to out think the engineers and mechanics who built the thing. Not only that but the suggestions he made were immediately implemented because when someone serves you the kind of brilliance Casey has to offer, you don’t want to spill a drop. In conclusion, Casey was given a track day but what he provided in return was so much more. Casey started the track day providing support for a new driver. He then closed out his track day providing insight to the engineers and developers of the car. Insight, that one could only describe as priceless. Just another day in the life of Casey. Yuck
Nailed it! I like some of the things he does (made a Batmobile, teaches kids) but he absolutely got on my nerves coming after people online, me included, for questioning him. He can’t differentiate between questions and attacks. That puts things into context and makes everything he does difficult to pay attention to. Yuck indeed

The catch with indy engines, and think Casey knows it, is sustainability. It doesnt matter more what you start the race with than if you can finish the race with it. That said, you got production engines like the Z06 block which could be even more competitive?
Why is an indy car more expensive. Rules compliance. Extra parts. Plus most cars are maybe 1 to 3 off examples so factor in development costs, testing etc.
I actually work literally right next to the autobahn club and it’s pretty neat to hear all the cars driving around in the summer while I’m on the clock
This might be my favorite video with Casey in it. I have a feeling the powers that be will put enough limitations on trying to enter one of these that it won't be worth it. That being said, it might be time to create the next premier racing series

It's starting to get cheaper/easier even in the F1 to have a good car, probably why Ford partnering up with Red Bull for 2026.... This trend has to scale on the other leagues, and hopefully it's going all the way back to pure hearted cars and drivers without an expensive budget having fun.
The Ford/Red Bull deal caught me by surprise. Especially after the Red Bull/Porsche deal fell through. The whole "cost cap" agreement between the 10 teams and the FIA. is a step in the right direction. I'm curious about the whole Andretti Motorsport/Cadillac partnership effort to become the coveted 11th team. While cost cutting is the current thing, that $200 million entry fee still says that greed is the currency of the realm?

He answered back and told me he had moved on and he had more important things going on, (his Mom, the RUC, Netflix, a trip to England with Freddy to do a gig with Sam Hard, and Ciro for Petrolhedonism at Knebworth). Now he's in the middle of adding a 2nd RUC and moving the original out of Greenville to a new place closer to home. It looks like he has moved on after 2 YEARS❗just saying
It is a mistake and downfall of todays racing . Rich cnts paying and rich cnts racing . We need racing competition made of only mechanical parts based on cheap starting body . Has to be open wheels and no rules when it comes to driving itself. If people are ready to die to win , we should let them .
