I had one of these - a big disappointment. Used for three weeks, needed a new waterpump every week !! Waterpump has very brittle graphite (=same as a lead pencil you write with) "paddles" which break off more faster than you can say "I wish I never bought an ecosistems watermaker". Save yourself endless trouble and cost and time and buy something else than "eco sistems"...

This low pressure pump is a consumable watermakers part and vital for the correct operation of the system, however we have not had any trouble so far (it is supplied in the Maintenance Kit, and we always recommend to our customers to get one on board- See www.eco-sistems.com). Our suppliers are the best European brands (with Quality Certificate). By considering your case, we became aware that this pump was full of unsual mud and this cause a disruption in the full working state of the system. This element was external to Eco-Sistems, after few months of benefits you got from the machine. Eco-Sistems replaced this damaged/faulty item by a new one (it was not covered by warranty) very quickly by providing the best assistance, and we hope you the best for your next trips!!
