Awesome to see you producing some more long form content again Queenie! I'm hopefully looking to create a digital asset to sell, as whilst it involves a lot of upfront work once it's done its completely passive!

Great sharing Queenie. To have 7 incomes is very challenging for me, since I have got a full-time job and family to look after. I would not quit my current job which gives a very good level of income, but we do think about other passive incomes, like invest properties for rental gains and capital gains. I personally prefer to focus on one or two income streams to grow them well, this may because I don't have much time and energy after the job and family.

Thank you, Queenie. I'm already in with dividends and rental income. This year, given the current good market trend, I would like to add some capital gains with investing strategies like the Everest formula or magic formula that increase capital over time.

Aww thanks Rich!! So happy to see your comment ☺️ I’m so glad you like the tips! Still in Sydney but closer to the city. We’re renting another apartment and renting our other one out! How’ve you been these days?!

@@InvestWithQueenie Going pretty good thanks, doing more of what works and less of what wasn't working (I've stopped doing website design and digital marketing as a side gig). Also looking at planning the next 5-10 years with more patience, instead of trying to buy the latest alt coin and hope it goes to the moon lol

not that I've looked into it any further but I remember Owen Rask saying that the Fidelity study that people reference all the time wasn't true but the idea behind not checking your portfolio all the time and just adding to it regularly still works even if the quote from the study isn't actually real.

Queenie, you are a very wise woman. My mother always said it's not what you make, it's what you spend. Although I didn't have a great income, I always found ways to save here and there. After some time, little savings can grow into a large nest egg!
