Wow great ananthi! I connect all my life with this book. Till now I never requested people to do something I like. I always demand things and order them to do. If they weren't ready to do it I would never hesitate to leave them. But now I really feel it wrong. Firstly I have to request them to do so. If I do so I think half of my problems with people will go away.
