Largest Island in Halong Bay & Local Beer - Cat Ba Island Part 1

We arrive on Cat Ba Island after enduring a gruelling journey from Hue by bus, ferry and minibus, sometimes two at once! After settling into our (not so) luxury accommodation, we walk along the coast, eat Thai and Vietnamese food and decide to give a local beer review. Not to be missed!
Our backpacking trip begins in the North of Vietnam in Hanoi (Hà Nội), heading South as far as Hoi An (Hội An) and back again.
