- "I'll get bored." It's a question some may wonder about when thinking of the endless joy Allah promises us in Jannah. But in reality, Jannah is beyond anything we can imagine, free from the limitations and monotony of this world.
In this inspiring talk, Nouman Ali Khan addresses this concern, reminding us that Allah, in His infinite wisdom, has created an eternal paradise tailored to our deepest joys and desires. Unlike this world, where happiness fades or grows stale, the blessings of Jannah are ever-renewing, filled with unimaginable delights that never lose their wonder.
This powerful reminder highlights that true contentment comes from trusting Allah's promise and seeking His approval. With prayer and steadfast faith, we anchor ourselves in the hope of a joy that knows no bounds. 🌿

Jazakallahu khair, finally I got the answers from my childhood 😅
Subhanallah
I always felt like my soul craved adventure. In this life I’ve barely left the country, but I always had a hope that if by Allahs mercy I reach jannah, then I would be given an opportunity to voyage the universe and visit other planets and worlds and nations and fulfil that desire to be a pioneer and adventurer. Rather than relaxing in one house in a beautiful garden. But I get it, obviously our mental state will be altered such that it will be filled with joy and contentment so we won’t want for anything more than what is in front of us. But surely the adventurers amongst us would still be given opportunities to live their dreams right? I always thought so. But only Allah knows what’s in paradise.
You can request anything from Allah in Jannah. Insya Allah.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that once Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) was speaking and a Bedouin was also presents:
“A man from among the people of Jannah [will] request Allah to allow him to cultivate the land. Allah will say to him, ‘Haven’t you got all that you desire?’ He will reply, ‘Yes, but I like to cultivate the land. [Allah will permit him and] he will sow the seeds and within seconds the plants will grow and ripen and [the yield] will be harvested and piled in heaps like mountains. Allah will say, ‘Here you are, son of Adam! Nothing satisfies you.’ The Bedouin said, ‘By Allah, you will find that he is either from the Quraysh or an Ansari! They are people of agriculture, we are not people of agriculture.’ Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) laughed.'”
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 2348 and 7519)
@ thank you for sharing this Hadith! So am I interpreting it correctly that the farmers on this earth wanted to carry on farming in paradise, not because they needed crops, but because they enjoyed it? Allah gave them it.
And so, we can infer from that that we can ask for anything we want, even though we don’t need it?
Finally, farming is a very simple thing. Exploring the universe on some kind of vessel is a completely different thing, and technically might even require you to leave paradise to go to thee elsewhere places, would it not? So it’s a different kind of request and I’m not sure maybe if the two are compatible?
Anyways I’m asking out of curiosity because I know that I will be content regardless should I enter jannah through allahs mercy.
@@Zeke_91C The point of this hadist is entering the paradise will neither alter nor restrict our interests that define who we are. We don't suddenly became angles void of interests. A farmer will still want to farm. An adventurer will want to adventure.
Abu Ayyub narrated that a Bedouin came to the Prophet (s.a.w) and said:
"O Messenger of Allah, indeed, I love horses. Are there horses in Paradise?" The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)
said: "If you are admitted into Paradise, you shall be brought a horse of rubies with two wings, then you shall be carried on it, then it will fly with you wherever you want."
And another man asked him, “O Messenger of Allah, will there be camels in Paradise?” but he did not say something like he had said to his companion. He said, “If Allah admits you to Paradise, you will have therein whatever your heart desires and will delight your eyes.” (Narrated by At-Tirmidhi, 2543. Classed as hasan by Al-Albani in Sahih At-Targhib, 3/522.)
If you think Buraq which the prophet rode were fast, then surely these animals will be just as fast or even faster. It should be noted that the birds, horses and camels in Paradise are not the same as those in this world; they resemble them in name only. What they are really like is known only to Allah. But we know that they are extremely beautiful, because they are one of the delights that Allah has prepared for His close friends in Paradise. This was indicated by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the hadith quoted above, in which it says that the horses of Paradise are of red rubies, and will fly with their rider wherever he wants.
We ask Allah to bless us and admit us to Paradise by His mercy, for He is the Most Generous.
And Allah knows best.
This is Surah al Qalam tafsir. . . (tafsir of Al Naeem word)
SubhanAllah, I was praying today and this question came to my mind, and now I see this video.... Allahu Akbar
Alhamdulillah.
You answered my question Jazzak'Allah
This man is soooo funny Allahumma baarik
This has been my question for a long time. What will we do in jannah?
Will we not get bored?
Never. We will have fun and pleasure. If God is great then that means just being around him would be fulfilling enough
No boredom in heaven, only in hellfire.
Asalamualikum
The beauty of jannah will keep on increasing it will not be fixed it will keep on increasing
For eg if a person is looking at something in jannah he or she won't get tired of looking at it bcz its beauty will keep on increasing
Same applies to jahanamm there the punishment will keep on increasing
Tbh I don't really care of boredom ,as long as I get saved from hell, I'm all Alhamdullilah
Alhamdulillah
Same here
Because there are only two places to go. Hell or heaven
Boredom doesnt exist in heaven
Just like after getting married...they're pretty cool in the early years...
Please don't normalize it. Married couples should be the comfort of each other's eyes. We should put work for it to happen.
@MA-2020 yes, I think so too.
@Ansarishifaah may Allah make it easy for us & all other Muslims 🫶🏼
Not the same
I laughed reading the title.
You will NEVER get bored in Jannah
Never.
Talking from experiences?
You got bored and you came out?
When Prophet Adam was towards the end of his life. He mentioned about missing the permissible fruits of paradise which he used to consume.
His white girl impression🤣🤣🤣
