If they made decent looking EV from 70k-90k price range, I'm sure more people would buy one. And I wish the trend of EVs using the touchscreen to adjust air-conditioning and so on would simply end. It's backwards in terms of ease of use.

the right price for Malaysian ev car should be around rm40k-55k in terms of standard living cost in Malaysia as not everybody can afford to drive one if the price is above rm60k and above..

Malaysia should show commitment to be environmentally friendly by encouraging ownership of EV cars. Some countries give rebates for EV cars. The prices mentioned are absurd.
However from the practical point of view owners living in apartments would have problems charging EV cars due to inaccessibility.
Am I wrong on the last point?

Yeah but electricity don't drop from the sky. One need to generate huge amount of electricity to power the EV car. Is TNB ready for EV deployment for the whole Malaysia. I doubt so.
Will it be Green, i also doubt so as our power generation still uses COAL and fossil fuel. Countries that run on nuclear powered can employ EV cars as it is cheap and so call " Green".

6.6kw ac charging is a deal breaker. Imagine you come back home with an empty battery but suddenly need to go somewhere and need to wait for like 3 hours just to get the battery to a decent range. Hence you will have to rely to a public DC charger and a lot more uncertain random variables that will punch you in the face in the name of murphy's law.
So make sure you charge it to at least 80% SOC every day after driving it
