The devs have probably patched AI behaviour there since 😅 Try to bunch up and entrench your guys in the hexes immediately adjacent to Gondar, prevent the AI from holding more than one or two of those hexes, and push the units you send to Galladat (it may help sending more than just two units, you get plenty in the west) to help relieve Gondar. With a little luck, it should be possible to block the enemy supply there, too.
You mean Emergenza A? It's coming in the next episode! It *is* tricky; one tip I can give you is break through only around Macalle (not on the coast), and rush everyone southeast and south as quickly as possible. You don't need those units to be in supply all the time.
@@Hexaboo I would give one other trick - SEND THOSE VICHY FRENCH IN THE NORTH TO ATTACK ASSAB. It is undefended and then you can meet the Italians quickly. Following that, just set up major supply hub in northern Djibouti and anything left in Eritrea can be scrapped for use elsewhere, particularly nasty push in the map's western part.
actually had the AI take Gondor on turn 8 during a normal diff play through

Kind of wish you were able to fight in ethiopia also
