I use the Wet and Wild Photo Focus Foundation and I love it!! I am 53 and now have skin that's on the dry side. I like the finish and I like medium coverage, but can be built to full coverage if desired . It is beautiful. You can make it more dewy with an illuminating primer. Beautiful!
DonnaChelle I wouldn’t even consider this foundation for the longest time and I was using a much more expensive drug store foundation that looked awful. I am a believer and advocate for Wet n Wild Photo Focus; so cheap and gorgeous. I also bought it for my daughter!
I love it because on a regular work day I don’t have to powder it, and it looks nice all day. But if I’m gonna be going out after work I can powder it and it lasts forever
I enjoy the Chopping Block series! Will you be doing a video on last Autumns favorites like you did for previous seasons? I found you last Fall and I remember your favorite video. It has the I want Kandee collection in it ( or at least some of its parts) I ended up buying the I want Kandee eyeshadow palette because of your review. I still enjoy that palette.

LOVE the All Nighter setting spray! Truly makes a difference - feel like it keeps my makeup from melting/sweating in the summer, and from getting dry and flakey in the winter. Truly does make a difference!

I like videos like this, because I am on a year-long no-buy. It helps me stay inspired with my own collection and away from purchases. Also, taking the time to test things is a great way to thoroughly find out if you really like something.
Me too, I never thought they actually did anything but after I’m finished with my makeup I spray my beauty blender with the setting spray and press it into my skin and it helps to keep it from looking to powdery. I don’t spray it onto my face because it just seems your not getting a even coverage that way. 🤗

I’ve had the wet n wild lipsticks in my collection for awhile as well, I think it’s time to chop them myself lol... They seem so drying and if I later a gloss over them, blah they get so goopy! That eyeshadow palette is super pretty, love the tones in it... Love your videos Andréa❤️❤️

I use a setting spray sometimes, mostly to make my powder makeup melt into the skin and look a bit more natural. Since I use a powder foundation, blush, highlight, etc., a little spritz of setting spray or facial mist helps finish it off.
Urban decay all nighter is my holy grail for locking my makeup in. I seriously notice such a huge difference in the wear time of my makeup if I don’t use it. I’ve been using it for years and won’t stray from it lol
The all nighter spray is my last step in my routine and helps my makeup last so much longer and I will not go without it. I have tried the too faced one and mostly used it to freshen up any makeup that began to look dry throughout the day when trying new powders and stuff.
You should try using the Smashbox primer water as a setting spray too! I love using it as a last step - it melts powders right into my skin for a natural and dewy look.
I love the concept of The Chopping Block. Unfortunately, a lot of times I will find that I can make something happen with the palette or product enough that I don't get rid of it! I'm such a hoarder😄 love you Andrea!
I use setting/priming/hydrating sprays that I end up not liking to wet eyeshadow brushes when an eyeshadow needs a little help. I will also use them to re-dampen my beauty sponge if it dries out too much during my makeup application. Using the "duds", usually the ones with bad sprayers, keeps me from having to use my better, more expensive, sprays.
I don't use the UD settings spray all the time, just for big meetings or conferences when I know I'll be so busy that I don't have time to think about reapplying makeup. But I also use it the way most people use Fix+ for glitter shadows. Works great! Not a fan of the Hangover 3 in 1, but I only tried it once.
I love how thoroughly you test and review products - it's super helpful to me even though a lot of the products aren't available to me in Australia. The ones that are though you give me such great insight into - Thankyou so much 👍🏻🇦🇺
I tossed my Wet n Wild foundation as well. I couldn’t remember if I liked it or not and with decluttering I did not want to see if I can fall in love or hate it 🤣
I recently went back to my elf hydrating primer and I still love it so much! I also pulled my bh cosmetics zodiac palette back out as well, I'm going through my collection revisiting old favorites as of late, it's been so fun.

I don't care for the Too Faced primer at all as a prep & primer spray. So instead of just dumping it, I use it to wet my shadow brush for shimmer/metalic shadows. Works great for that. Im a huge fan of Smash Box also.
I always use a setting spray. I don't even really notice it making my makeup last longer but I like how it just melts all the powders together. I love the liquid catsuit lipsticks especially the shade rebel rose. I get more compliments on that than any one I've ever owned. Always love your videos! Oh and I definitely vote for the green look!
Hi Andrea :-) I don't have that Elf primer, but I've had others like it that are a little thick or heavy. What I do to make them work is instead of applying it directly to my face, then brush or use a blender, I'll put a small drop or 2 of an oil, like Argan with the primer directly on my fingertips. Then using both hands, gently rub them together to warm and blend the oil with the primer. I apply it to my face using my fingertips like you would apply moisturizer. Let it sit a min. or so to absorb. If it needs evened out, I then use a slightly damp beauty blender. It works really well under foundation using this method. Thanks so much for this video. I'm looking forward to seeing which products you keep.
I use the photo focus foundation on work days. I love it. As far as the smell I dont even notice it unless I sniff the bottle. It doesn't break me out either. My fav setting spray is the one by Morphe. I love the continuous sprayer. Not drying like UD All Nighter.
I love the liquid catsuit lipsticks! They stay all day, can be drying but I feel like if you prep well they are well worth it or if you add a gloss during the day that helps but still I'm a never touch up lipstick kind of girl and I have definitely put these to the test and still love them! i love the hangover rx spray! once i wore a full face of makeup to my friends bday party and he had a jumper for his 18th, even after being in there for a while my face was fine! ive never tried any of the other products though. Also i like this type of video! its cool to see you revisit older products since not everyone can get all the brand new releases
The Warrior palette please. I love the all nighter so much I bought 4 when they were on sale at Ulta. My makeup lasts so long when I use it. The Morphe setting mist is good too the continuous mist is amazing.

I keep going back and forth with my WNW photofocus foundation too! Some days I love it, others I don’t like how it looks on my skin. It’s currently being replaced in my collection with the new makeup revolution foundation. I also have the Laura Gellar balance and brighten foundation, but I use it in the shade medium as a contour powder and really love it! I’m excited to see if you can make it work for you!
UD all nighter is a holy grail for me! I have combo/oily skin and it makes such a difference making my makeup last all day. I do a layer after my setting powder then another after I finish the rest of my face. I can get through a full 10-12 hr work day with Minimal if any touch ups or blotting.
I use both that UD alnighter and the hangover. I LOVE both! If I lost all my makeup all-nighter would be in that top 5 and hangover would be in top 10.

I love the Too Faced spray, but I used it after my skincare and primer because it hydrates in a way I can't explain. When I'm really oily I skip my regular moisturizer and use this instead.
UD All Nighter setting spray is totally worth it for me. I was at festival, in pouring rain and got my face wet but my makeup stayed flawless. It takes off the powderiness and melts all the hard edges together.
This should be a hashtag on IG. I think anyone who has multiple items in their collection could benefit from doing this! Such a great idea! I love using products you already own vs always trying new
I use the all nighter setting spray EVERY DAY. I have oily skin and work in DC where the humidity is disrespectful, so I end up sweating. The UD spray helps keep everything together. At this point, I’m scared to NOT use it lol
I love Laura gellar foundation . I use a big fluffy brush and buff it on like you said and it’s really nice . Try again you will like it I bet ! Love all your videos !!!
I hope you fall in love with Laura Geller's Balance & Brighten. It is the best powder foundation I've tried - and I've tried a lot. I've never noticed an uneven application. It's my go-to foundation when I'm in a rush.
The easiest way to test a setting spray is to put swatched on your arms. Spray on and don’t spray the other. It’s pretty amazing to see what the All Nighter can do.
The all-nighter is forever going to be in my collection. It makes a HUGE difference for me. It made my makeup stay all day through surgery! (I had a csection so there was going to be a lot of pictures, I’m not a crazy person that wears full face for serious surgeries haha)

I really like the Catrice Rose palette, I think it’s perfect for easy, low key looks for everyday or work... that said I always forget I have it. I loved those wet n wild lipsticks for a while, but I noticed they got old kind of quick, the last few times I’ve tried them they feel stickier and look patchy
I use MACs prep and prime spray and the Urban Decay All Nighter spray. The clear winner is UD ALL NIGHTER HANDS DOWN!!! I stocked up on it when it was on sale at ULTA. Worth it 💯🏆
Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray is the bomb 💕. It has been my fave for the past two years. Unfortunately, I live in Canada and UD just dramatically increased their price so, I need to find a dupe.
I love this series idea!!! Can’t wait to see the outcome. I only used the Wet n Wild foundation for a long time. It was the only foundation I owned actually haha. And the liquid lipsticks from them are amazing!!! My favorites are Rebel Rose and Give Me Mocha. They’re soooo good... 💕

The photo focus foundation is my go to. My skin is a little dry, so I have to moisturize before, but it tends to look smooth and soft on my skin.
i love using setting spray when i accidentally overpowder my face. But honestly, i just love using it bc it feels nice loool
All Nighter keeps me from creasing in my smile lines, and i crease bad so LOVE it just for that sole part!!!

I have extremly dry skin, so i have to used a hydrating setting spray to really make sure it melts my makeup!
I actually decluttered the wet n wild liquid lips because they were too drying for me but I actually love the setting spray as primer from TF.
Haha...I use both of those sprays every day, those are my two faves...I use the TF first for the glow and then the UD the lock it all in. I just don't know how you couldn't love this combo lol.

I do love the UD spray for longevity. You should try the morphe setting spray! They have it at ulta. It melts all the powders in together soooo well.

I sprung for some All Nighter when it was half off at Ulta. I like using it. I am not 100% sure, but it seems like it helps. I hope it works for you!

Urban decay all nighter spray is one of the only sprays I have noticed making my makeup last longer.
I love the Too Faced spray, but I used it after my skincare and primer because it hydrates in a way I can't explain. When I'm really oily I skip my regular moisturizer and use this instead.

UD All Nighter setting spray is totally worth it for me. I was at festival, in pouring rain and got my face wet but my makeup stayed flawless. It takes off the powderiness and melts all the hard edges together.

I use the all nighter setting spray EVERY DAY. I have oily skin and work in DC where the humidity is disrespectful, so I end up sweating. The UD spray helps keep everything together. At this point, I’m scared to NOT use it lol

I hope you fall in love with Laura Geller's Balance & Brighten. It is the best powder foundation I've tried - and I've tried a lot. I've never noticed an uneven application. It's my go-to foundation when I'm in a rush.
The easiest way to test a setting spray is to put swatched on your arms. Spray on and don’t spray the other. It’s pretty amazing to see what the All Nighter can do.
The all-nighter is forever going to be in my collection. It makes a HUGE difference for me. It made my makeup stay all day through surgery! (I had a csection so there was going to be a lot of pictures, I’m not a crazy person that wears full face for serious surgeries haha)

The photo focus foundation oxidizes on my face and makes me look very orange!
I really like the Catrice Rose palette, I think it’s perfect for easy, low key looks for everyday or work... that said I always forget I have it. I loved those wet n wild lipsticks for a while, but I noticed they got old kind of quick, the last few times I’ve tried them they feel stickier and look patchy

I use MACs prep and prime spray and the Urban Decay All Nighter spray. The clear winner is UD ALL NIGHTER HANDS DOWN!!! I stocked up on it when it was on sale at ULTA. Worth it 💯🏆

Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray is the bomb 💕. It has been my fave for the past two years. Unfortunately, I live in Canada and UD just dramatically increased their price so, I need to find a dupe.
I love this series idea!!! Can’t wait to see the outcome. I only used the Wet n Wild foundation for a long time. It was the only foundation I owned actually haha. And the liquid lipsticks from them are amazing!!! My favorites are Rebel Rose and Give Me Mocha. They’re soooo good... 💕
