The song is simple to understand. One more small note. LOS has two meanings in German. It can mean -less as a suffix or when it stands alone it means Go!

On September 23, 1998, Till and Flake were arrested because of the performance for Bück dich. They had to stay in jail overnight and got out by paying their bail. After that the band always had to go to court, when they entered the US.

The BEST video! So many memories!
You need to just go look at Buch Dich live...18+ disclaimer. It's how Till and Flake got arrested...but I've seen them do this live like 7 times...its *funny* bc it's unexpected.

"Los" has different meanings depending on how and where it's used in a sentence and/or word. If you see the word "Los" by itself then it means "go." If it is at the end of a word it means "less" ex. ,namelos(nameless), wortlos(wordless),Zeitlos(timeless).
It can also be used to indicate something is ‘going on’ ex. “Was ist hier los?” “What’s going on here?”

This is by far the best fan made video I've ever seen. Fabulous job breaking it down, too. Have you done Marilyn Manson with Rammstein doing Beautiful People yet?

Best reaction to this song I've ever heard...as i was watching the video and your comments about doing what we love is the biggest happiness on earth and to hate and be hated can't destroy a good heart ❤ i dont know why but i got a little emotional..like i wanted to cry... this song..the lyrics..seeing bits of music videos and live performances and the fact that they all knew each other in one way or another even before Rammstein was formed and i read that that's one of the reasons they have never had a change in lineup..same 6 guys since 1994

You are seeing a lot of different clips from the greatness that is Rammstein Live, which I highly suggest you check out, it is time. I think you are ready to watch Bück Dich and Pussy Live :) As amazing as the lyrics are in most Rammstein songs, their live performances sometimes speak for themselves without the lyrics hah! If you need to have lyrics on the side when watching Bück Dich and Pussy Live ;) Love that you deep dive into all the songs and analyze as much as you can, feels great to watch as a Rammstein fan! Hope you check out as much as possible, and come back to live versions / music videos of some songs you have listened to already like Mann Gegen Mann for example :)

Greetings from Russia! I really like watching your journey with Rammstein. I'm a long-time fan of the band and I'm interested in watching what you think about their songs and sometimes you say things that I didn't even think about. That's cool! I want to ask if you want to try listening to the Swedish band Sabaton? They sing about historical events and their songs are also full of strong lyrics. I recommend starting with the recent single "Christmas Truce"

I love your enthusiasm and genuine interest in the meanings of the songs rather than saying, "yeah - that was good" like some reactors do. Which is why I have stopped watching some of them because they are so boring.
I love your reactions though and look forward to many more.
I might have mentioned in another song reaction that Feuer und Wasser and Amour are two awesome songs which often get overlooked for more well known songs.
I hope you have the time to check these out.

Yes Völkerball does get blocked but if you can react to "Los" at Völkerball its a completely different sound more acoustic and Flake the keyboard player has a solo and goes wild!! 😅

    VÖLKERBALL! 🤘🏻 VÖLKERBALL! 🔥 V Ö L K E R B A L L! 💖
I know it gets blocked but i have seen others react to several performances from Völkerball...its worth it...you will fall in love...lol ok maybe not but the entire concert well both cause the main one is at Nîmes France and the short one is in London England it only has 4 songs. since i have seen both concerts multiple times my suggestion is watch Sonne and Rein Raus(better version IMO) from London and all the rest from Nîmes...Reise Reise, Feuer Frei, Asche zu Asche, Morgenstern, Stein um Stein, Los, Ohne Dich and Stripped.

    Great reaction as always!
Some other really nice Rammstein songs include
Morgenstern and Stein um Stein, as well as Wiener Blut :D
While Morgenstern is more inspiring, the other two songs are amazingly creepy - yet a heads-up : wiener Blut is based on a real event. I believe there is a custom video explaining the situation (similar to the Donaukinder song)
I am super excited to hear your thoughts, since you are probably the only reactor focusing on the lyrics! :D
Also, if you are ever interested in checking out Till's other stuff - the songs "Alle Tage ist kein Sonntag" and "Steh auf" are great - the respective music videos are not only phenomenal but actually add more meaning in my opinion. One can see this added meaning best in the song M&F ,which without the video is reaaaaly difficult to understand or find deeper meaning (is there even one in fact?) But the video adds a whole new layer ;P

Rammstein almost broke up while recording the Mutter Album:
"In May 2000 the band went to Studio Miraval in Correns, France to work on the Mutter Album. The band recorded all songs here in six weeks. During the recordings, Richard became such a control-freak, that the band nearly split up. The band was interviewed on this during the Ich will making of: "It was nearly impossible to say that one's name without saying the word asshole with it." Rammstein has said that nothing gets passed until all 6 agree and during the recording of the Mutter album For one song, not known which,
Till wrote 24 different lyrics before finally, everyone in the band agreed and it was finally approved. This group has been through counseling both as individuals and as a group..if one of them is not feeling well or has personal problems the band will postpone whatever they had lined up..they do not continue touring or playing. In fact i remember reading somewhere that i think it was only once or twice where not all 6 were present..i wanna say it was Paul that for one timr wasn't there but i don't know if he wasnt there for one song or one entire concert and if so was there another guitarist in his place for that time? I think flake was also not present at one time?..not entirely sure rn so dont wanna make any false statements

If you like the heavy Rammstein Songs, you have go react to "B********" or better known as "BÜCKSTABÜ" its an epic song, i recomed to listen to it with the Lyrics, but the live version is in a very bad sound Quality
