- The final boss battle against OverLord GAIA. No form of cheat was used in this or any other battle. The Digimons were manually trained to reach those levels and status.

Remembered doing this fight with my imperialdramon, wargreymon, and Piedmon. Loved this part of my childhood
I never got this far in the game, the complete end looks like it turns into a horror game real fast. XD

Duo Scissor Claw,Tidal Wave and a strong offensive Move is literally all that's required to beat this game.

Yeah and also Evil Wind to reduce speed.
Duo Scissor Claw and Tidal Wave are just inherently busted moves and can win all on their own, add either HP Recovery or Full HP Cure from MagnaAngemon/Seraphimon respectively and you are basically unbeatable. Of course, putting in the effort to get those moves is the cost for cruising through the rest of the game.
How I wish the Guardian and Gaia were IMMUNE to all status changes.
They are supposed to be the final bosses but can be beaten so easily
Last time I took out Overlord Gaia, I provided all 3 of my Digimon with 3 way attacks. I used the same strategy against the Blue Falcon Leader as well. It feels great to butcher all 3 enemies at the same rate, especially Blue Falcon leader, so I can take all 3 out at the same time before the AI realizes they need to heal themselves.

Duo Scissor Claw é um ataque muito apelão. Ele reduz MUITO a defesa do inimigo e dessa forma a luta acaba muito rápido.
Why don't they say the attack names anymore in digimon cyber on ps4. It would be so much more badass

They had about 5-6 people do the VA for all the digimon in this game.
In today's market? You would need to get the Iconic voices that many Digimon have back into the mix. Do you know how much money that will cost? Not too mention how many VAs you will need that would be expected due to increased standards. The small voice lines we get in example Digimon Cyber Sleuth is about what will be expected. The games don't sell ultra hard to afford 20-30 VA's or even 10 with 2-3 well known ones.
It would have been great of they didn't add the Virus type to GAIA.
IMO it would have been better to leave it as a typeless encounter

just thinking about how insane it would be for you to level all of them to level 50+, the dp system makes it a pain in the ass beyond level 20 also the battles are so slow, how many hours did you put in this game?
honestly this is the only digimon game which i resort to gameshark. i was too lazy to do capture and evo stuff
To get all 3 digimons at levels 35-37 you will need about 60-70 hours
To get them to levels 50 its practicaly imposible (it means digimon lv 32 then dna mix with lv 32 + 32 + 32 + 32...)... lv 32 gives you 5 more levels so its digimon lv 32 + 4 more digimons lv 32
Yust imposible...maybe about 500 to 1000h hours
I did something similar... 60, 56, 58 with a omnimon, metalseadramon, and a machinedramon. I could 1 shot any wild team up to megas with 2 duo scissor claws and a smiley warhead. Grinding got easy when you can kill mega teams in a 2 to 3 minutes at 1200 to 1500 a pop. Will never play again bc I got to what I wanted but I probably logged 1000 hours over a year time lol
@@2Tall_Powerlifting Speed up at emulator is a saving grace here. Some may call it cheating but yeah i don't care, i got to play with a variety of different megas and finished the game with my favourites of pheonixmon, machinedramon and baihumon.
this game is super easy to beat, all the best moves and best digimons are easily obtainable, you get metalgraymon and megadramon early on and then dna evolve them and get a wargraymon very quick, terra force is one of the best attacks, you alsa can get duo scissor arm attack very early, so basically you will be unstable before mid game lol

I remember the first time I defeated Overlord GAIA's cirst form. I was like "What kind of death animation is that?"
And the the short scene after confirmed me that I was in deep doodoo. I was underleveled (One of my teamate was level 30, thus still at Ultimate level), so while I easily defeated its first form, its second form ate my team alive.
So I came back with my full team at least level 32 (so they are all Mega level and have learned at least 1 mega attack) and ulgraded Mega Heal (heals 150 HP to 1 ally) to HP Recovery (Heals 150 HP to the entire team), and got him on my second try.
am I remember GAIA differently? I feel like she had way more HP than that. Still, good ol' times!
She has. But this guy got level so high. So damage got high too

I always prepared with two digimons with Duo Scissor Claw, and one digimon with Tidal Wave.

And every single digimon must have Terra Force, Scissor Claw, Pulse Blast, Horn Buster, Full Recovery? (150hp to all), Giga Destroyer.

It's my best combination (without Imperialdramon Mega Fire, because really hard to get, LOL)
Mega fire = 84mp attacks all 3
Fire tornado = 80mp attacks all 3 (magna dramon)
So little difference and no need to spend hours on getting that tech
Same with teerra force 40mp (wargreymon) = x-scisors claw 40mp (gran kuwagamon)

use scissor claw max 2time(or another reduce atk), horn buster (reduce damage) & another atk you can get easy win without cheat...

any video on defeating the most powerfull team of the colliseum? i think it was jijimon and another 2 , the middle 1 did full recovery (seraphimons tech), the other 2 at the sides including jijimon used a revive tech if any othe other 2 died) it was pretty hard :) all 3 had to die at the same time and their health had to be lowered evenly between the 3..
here 1 list 2 method, 1st method get a digimon with panic wave (P-sukamon) to a digimon that can attck all, and attck with confusion, 2nd method i get digimon with duo scissor claw, so the longer the fight the weaker the enemy

i used darkside attack or such on it i think ( foe can't recover hp )

And still inexperienced in the universe will say that Terra Force is an attack belonging to War Greymon ...
I actually quite like the game , but that time I stumbled at organizing the battery for the tank lol that quite annoying when you want to explore

Game is great so play it on emulator on android. Also you can speed game up by puting frame limits more than twice faster. So it will not take you 60-70 hours to complete it...

The attacks are so weak yet ur telling me its not cheat? What r those low dp?lol. Even on 5 bp its higher dmg than those.
Bandai should make a collection of the digimon world games and release it, maybe with some updated graphics.
If they need space they can leave world 4 out.
Grinding in this game is hard as fuck.
I have omnimon, diaboromon, and baihumon. I play the game on epsxe without cheat. I kept grinding this game, since I have all the time in the world. Now my 3 beasts are too powerful I never finished the game. I pretty much have won anyway :D

This game had crazy grinding time, i used game shark back then because how hard this without grinding
yeah the cheat make us easily to leveling up ,
i agree this game is hard in many aspects ( grinding lv and money, manage your items, etc )
i always use the cheat for lvl up faster so i can focus on other stuff like managing the items

My digimon where never op like thus for this fight and they never had to be I used leomon, and two angelmon in its final forgot the name and it just I used leomon to do a counter attack after it was hit would do the same dmg I received and the two angelmon healing and that's it

Já se vc estiver falando pela semelhança, é pq o Mangá em que King Drasil aparece ele é semelhante a essa forma, mas é BEM diferente, tanto nas cores quanto no Design se vc olhar bem

i beat the game with an aeroveedramon, venommyotismon, and marineangemon. it looks as tho you used a gameshark by looking at the exp numbers, i had 2 files one for gameshark and the other legit, so i know. i could be wrong tho

(diferent lvls) + (same acumulated exp) = game shark
Different levels + same EXP = higher cap for the GranKuwagamon but all of them were trained together from the start. That isn't a Gameshark dude.
