Nokia is truly the DigiDestined of the Cyber Sleuth world. She receives natural Digimons just through natural meeting and relationship. She evolves her digimons not by training and digivolving through lab, but uses the power of courage and friendship. She is basically combination of Taichi and Yamato.
It's an intentional thing done by the developers. Habu is a super fan, and sort of wanted to create a marriage between the original concept of Digimon which were moreso programs used by hackers, and the more fantastical setting established by Adventure and a lot of titles after. That is why Arata, a Hacker, has Diablomon as his partner which is more representative of the original concept. While Nokia has Omegamon, which is more representative of the Adventure concept.
The best thing is,Nokia have a good bond with her Omegamon. To the point that Omegamon almost become similar in a way of thinking like Nokia does. Also,you guys gotta see the scene where Omegamon forced to crouch in a small spaced cafe because they had to held a meeting there
When you need hours to train one wargreymon and one metalgarurumon and fuse them in to Omnimon/Omegamon; and suddenly Nokia gets one because she believes in fairies. :'(
I straight up love this scene. From the moment I saw her with agumon and gabumon I knew she was getting omnimon and I couldnt wait for it. She's treated as huge joke by everyone in the entire game and to see her use one of the most badass digimon out there and stomp three megas by her own was just lovely.

Omnimon/Omegamon is a Mega, a low-mid, maybe mid level mega, but a Mega none-the-less. If we want to begin canonizing game concepts we might as well begin admitting Xros Wars' stupid power scaling issues are also canon and stop whining about those. It's a case of gameplay mechanic necessity for balancing, little else.
It's interesting to see a character that isn't the player to get an epic Digimon like Omnimon. I would've expected a scene like this to happen to the player's character.

Everyone didn't take her seriously for the longest time. But when I saw her with those two Digimon and is actively trying, even without knowing what to do cause she didn't have a guide or help, I knew she could do more then what people in the gane thought She manage to band together an active Hacker group with her Charisma alone. She manage to find Courage even when she was scare for her Digimon friends and for the MC. She form friendship with anyone willing and even though that didn't. And she did it alone with a little help from the MC. So when I saw this Digimon legend on her side, I laugh in shock. I knew she was special and more then a comedic relief character and this just prove it.
I don't know about that, i saw the amplified figures and omnimon is cool and all but i find the wargreymon figure better looking. It has a lot more details.
I was never super into Digimon when I was younger. I remembered the theme song and honestly that's about it. I picked up the game anyways and it completely flipped me on Digimon, the Gurren Lagann/gunbuster style gattai with the pose was so cool.

I just reached this part a few hours ago, and the Gurren Lagann fan in me takes great pleasure in the cutscene. From the spiraling heads, to Nokia screaming “GATAI”, to the Kamina/Simon pose at the end. Easily my favorite version of Omnimon and Partner, Matt and Tai got nothing on Nokia.
Hudie had our back the whole time and we did not know it until the power station mission in Hacker's Memory. Hudie interrupted the gate opening. Sadly that killed one incarnation of Ulforce V-dramon so we had to retrieve another lol.

There are two types of people: - People that were wholeheartedly able to enjoy this scene, because of the awesome transformation sequence and Omnimon badassery. - People that were salty about Nokia going from total noob that had to be carried all the time to OP af as soon as her two Digimon warp digivolved into their mega forms and got even more OP as she even got one of the stongest Digimons to exist WITHOUT ANY ACTUAL EFFORT/TRAINING/GRINDING And then there's me who did enjoy the scene and thought it was awesome, but still felt salty because I had to grind so much to get my Wargreymon at this point in the game and got completely surpassed by the girl I had been carrying ever since the start of the game, even though she didn't really do shit..... huh I guess there are three kinds of people then.
Her digimon warp digivolved straight to mega level a few chapters before she did any training at all and forming a hacker team doesn't have any effect on your digimon's digivolution conditions, stats or levels. If you've ever tried to get Omnimon (or really any of the Royal Knights in this game) you'll know what a hassle it is and how many conditions you need to fulfill to digivolve your digimon into them and Nokia simply skipped every single one of those.
In Hacker's memory it is shown that she did indeed train, and it's made clear that the reason they were able to warp digivolve and jogress is partially because Agumon and Gabumon are actually a royal knight from the beginning, just with severe amnesia
I reached this part of the game yesterday. It was satisfying to completely annihilate Fei's Digimon using Omnimon. I can't wait to use one myself. My MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon haven't digivolved to Mega yet so I've got a long way to go. At the very least my MetalGreymon will become WarGreymon very soon. Can't wait.
+Darkstar263 Omnimon isn't accessible until you've completed a specific case which is at the end of a series of really tough cases at the tail end of the game. If you don't have Sakuyamon, get her cuz she has a really useful anti buff. It's her unique attack, which hits all the enemies and nullify their buffs. It's pretty much required for the cases.

I currently have a load of Ultimates and one Mega so far. I'm open to suggestions. seems good. Wargreymon is really good cause he has defense pierce unique that has really high damage, and an attack charge. You're going to face slephimon later on who is a joke if you have sakuyamon cuz its gimmick is that it lowers your speed and increases your own, but if you have sakuyamon, those speed buffs get removed. If you don't have sakuyamon though, he gets like five turns before you get to go.
Outsider Lookingin I attempted a mission today where I fought Myotismon, BlackWarGreymon and Rosemon. I managed to beat them. But then I had to fight Justimon, Starmon and SuperStarmon. They slaughtered me. I could barely deal any damage and whenever I did deal enough damage they fucking healed themselves. I gave up on that in the end. The amount of turns they had more than my team was absurd. My MetalGreymon should be able to digivolve soon. He's leveled up enough. Just need to get the HP up to 1700. Just needs to increase by 50 more and that will be it.
It's not just Nokia casually summoning Omnimon and then standing in front of them, it's the fact that the battle theme switches to the Royal Knights theme, which if memory serves none of the other Royal Knights have even shown their faces yet in the story.
This might be my favorite part of the game! you go from getting your butt handed to you to an awesome cut scene and then completely demolishing your opponent in 2-3 hits to this godly music, it really satisfies a power fantasy!
the moment I play this game and saw agumon and gabumon together I know its gonna be omegamon. I dont trust a pair of digimon that can fused together play around and travelling into another world for fun XD. still a great moment.
Nokia's personality of borderline naivete is similar to the first Digi series, pretty much a relic at this point. Could not be more happier when that relic came back and kicks ass.

It's even sadder when someone whines about it...sigh Richard Samuelson, GROW A PAIR! These models and animations are cover up for a boring soundtrack, cases that involve little to no sleuthing despite the name of the game, going back and forthbetween maps in the overworld with the only exploration being in Kowloon which is literally the color blue and various dungeons that you can't revisit until story happens and than it's back to going back and forth, getting all the digimon in the game feels more like chore, and the fact this game is basically Megaman Battle Network with Digimon

+NIklas Felder Depends of the Eater type. The regular ones are "weaker" to the magic while the humanoid types are weaker to the physical ones. That or the other way around, I never remember correctly.
That's what I hate about this game. There's no edition to or cutscenes for your own digimon when you level them. I wish they would implement that because it's what made digivolving so much cooler. Them just spinning is so bland.

+VoldyE Most of the Digimon games are fun... Cyber Sleuth plays a lot like Digimon World 3 and the Pokemon franchise it's all about team building, levelling up and meeting requirements to digivolve. Digimon World and Re-Digitise are very different entirely in their gameplay style in which the game is a battle sim with a premise very similar too say... Pokemon Mystery Dungeon... you recruit Digimon to join to join the city and they all have different character types and purposes and it's like the keychain's from back in the day very fun.

Check out Digimon Masters Online, I personally like it. Some Pros: It's a MMO, community is pretty nice, wide variety of digimon. Some cons: heavy grinding, semi payed to win, from what i have observed, hatching high ranked digimon is very difficult, even with throwing money at the screen
My First Digimon Teriermon and B.Agumon became Omnimon Zwartzvelt and so now there's 2 Ominmon's running around although considering his lv I think he going to need some training before the battle of Gods can begin.
You did that too, huh? My Terriermon starter became Magnadramon, and I had an Omnimon Zwart after painstakingly raising a Black Agumon and Black Gabumon. Getting Omnimon Zwart was a cakewalk compared to getting ChaosGallantmon in my playthrough, though.
@@97dusk the hardest time i had with an evolution so far was getting paildramon to evolve to imperialdramon. had to raise paildramon about 20 level above what was needed just to get the minimum stats done and still had to feed him some shrooms to get his hp up -_- also magnadramon is a beast with its high int stat.

I just reached this part a few hours ago, and the Gurren Lagann fan in me takes great pleasure in the cutscene. From the spiraling heads, to Nokia screaming “GATAI”, to the Kamina/Simon pose at the end. Easily my favorite version of Omnimon and Partner, Matt and Tai got nothing on Nokia.
This is way better than Pokémon Sword and Shield and costs half the money

Hudie had our back the whole time and we did not know it until the power station mission in Hacker's Memory. Hudie interrupted the gate opening. Sadly that killed one incarnation of Ulforce V-dramon so we had to retrieve another lol.

and it was hudie again that opened the path to the lowest level of under zero that was blocked by zaxon.

just shows that without hudie nothing would have worked out the way it did.

Now we all know how the secundary characters from an anime feel when the main characters make a miracle or deus ex machina from his f*cking as* xD
There are two types of people:
- People that were wholeheartedly able to enjoy this scene, because of the awesome transformation sequence and Omnimon badassery.
- People that were salty about Nokia going from total noob that had to be carried all the time to OP af as soon as her two Digimon warp digivolved into their mega forms and got even more OP as she even got one of the stongest Digimons to exist WITHOUT ANY ACTUAL EFFORT/TRAINING/GRINDING
And then there's me who did enjoy the scene and thought it was awesome, but still felt salty because I had to grind so much to get my Wargreymon at this point in the game and got completely surpassed by the girl I had been carrying ever since the start of the game, even though she didn't really do shit..... huh I guess there are three kinds of people then.

Her digimon warp digivolved straight to mega level a few chapters before she did any training at all and forming a hacker team doesn't have any effect on your digimon's digivolution conditions, stats or levels. If you've ever tried to get Omnimon (or really any of the Royal Knights in this game) you'll know what a hassle it is and how many conditions you need to fulfill to digivolve your digimon into them and Nokia simply skipped every single one of those.

She did have a LEGITIMATE Royal Knight, from what I remember.
In Hacker's memory it is shown that she did indeed train, and it's made clear that the reason they were able to warp digivolve and jogress is partially because Agumon and Gabumon are actually a royal knight from the beginning, just with severe amnesia

I reached this part of the game yesterday. It was satisfying to completely annihilate Fei's Digimon using Omnimon. I can't wait to use one myself. My MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon haven't digivolved to Mega yet so I've got a long way to go. At the very least my MetalGreymon will become WarGreymon very soon. Can't wait.
+Darkstar263 Omnimon isn't accessible until you've completed a specific case which is at the end of a series of really tough cases at the tail end of the game. If you don't have Sakuyamon, get her cuz she has a really useful anti buff. It's her unique attack, which hits all the enemies and nullify their buffs. It's pretty much required for the cases.

seems good. Wargreymon is really good cause he has defense pierce unique that has really high damage, and an attack charge. You're going to face slephimon later on who is a joke if you have sakuyamon cuz its gimmick is that it lowers your speed and increases your own, but if you have sakuyamon, those speed buffs get removed. If you don't have sakuyamon though, he gets like five turns before you get to go.
Outsider Lookingin I attempted a mission today where I fought Myotismon, BlackWarGreymon and Rosemon. I managed to beat them. But then I had to fight Justimon, Starmon and SuperStarmon. They slaughtered me. I could barely deal any damage and whenever I did deal enough damage they fucking healed themselves. I gave up on that in the end. The amount of turns they had more than my team was absurd. My MetalGreymon should be able to digivolve soon. He's leveled up enough. Just need to get the HP up to 1700. Just needs to increase by 50 more and that will be it.
oh the dlc case? Yeah I did that after I beat the game cause I forgot to download it. You know the digifarm is really good at raising stats right?
Ngl, I do prefer Nokia being Omegamon's tamer as opposed to Taichi and Yamato.
It's not just Nokia casually summoning Omnimon and then standing in front of them, it's the fact that the battle theme switches to the Royal Knights theme, which if memory serves none of the other Royal Knights have even shown their faces yet in the story.
I love how for a second Nokia was channeling Karin from Street Fighter with that laugh
That scene was amazing, Omegamon evolutions are always so badass.
This might be my favorite part of the game! you go from getting your butt handed to you to an awesome cut scene and then completely demolishing your opponent in 2-3 hits to this godly music, it really satisfies a power fantasy!
the moment I play this game and saw agumon and gabumon together I know its gonna be omegamon. I dont trust a pair of digimon that can fused together play around and travelling into another world for fun XD. still a great moment.
Nokia's personality of borderline naivete is similar to the first Digi series, pretty much a relic at this point.
Could not be more happier when that relic came back and kicks ass.

Richard Samuelson, GROW A PAIR! These models and animations are cover up for a boring soundtrack, cases that involve little to no sleuthing despite the name of the game, going back and forthbetween maps in the overworld with the only exploration being in Kowloon which is literally the color blue and various dungeons that you can't revisit until story happens and than it's back to going back and forth, getting all the digimon in the game feels more like chore, and the fact this game is basically Megaman Battle Network with Digimon

That's what I hate about this game. There's no edition to or cutscenes for your own digimon when you level them. I wish they would implement that because it's what made digivolving so much cooler. Them just spinning is so bland.
They would have to animate every single possible evolution. That's insane.

+VoldyE Most of the Digimon games are fun... Cyber Sleuth plays a lot like Digimon World 3 and the Pokemon franchise it's all about team building, levelling up and meeting requirements to digivolve. Digimon World and Re-Digitise are very different entirely in their gameplay style in which the game is a battle sim with a premise very similar too say... Pokemon Mystery Dungeon... you recruit Digimon to join to join the city and they all have different character types and purposes and it's like the keychain's from back in the day very fun.

Some Pros: It's a MMO, community is pretty nice, wide variety of digimon.

The highlight of the scene has to be the double gainax pose.
My First Digimon Teriermon and B.Agumon became Omnimon Zwartzvelt and so now there's 2 Ominmon's running around although considering his lv I think he going to need some training before the battle of Gods can begin.
You did that too, huh? My Terriermon starter became Magnadramon, and I had an Omnimon Zwart after painstakingly raising a Black Agumon and Black Gabumon.
Getting Omnimon Zwart was a cakewalk compared to getting ChaosGallantmon in my playthrough, though.

the hardest time i had with an evolution so far was getting paildramon to evolve to imperialdramon.
had to raise paildramon about 20 level above what was needed just to get the minimum stats done and still had to feed him some shrooms to get his hp up -_-
also magnadramon is a beast with its high int stat.
