Anyone outside US watching this and thinking about joining Income School go do it. I'm from Sri Lanka and I joined in march 2018. It's the best thing I did since discovering internet marketing.
The courses they have are excellent and keep you pushing. The member forum will answer your doubts and reading others experience and tips motivate and pushes you to explore beyond your comfort zone.
It did mine, like gave me training and confidence to hire and train a writer team. Outsource small tasks to fiverr which saves my time to do more business strategy decisions etc.

Writing first few initial articles with basic English knowledge not only improved my English knowledge, and it also gave me new ideas on things like what should I write on my blogs, what should I get written by using freelance writers, how to keep working and move forward with my projects. I wrote first 5 articles on my both niche websites and then I hired freelance writers, they are doing pretty good. I'm not an income school member yet, and the contents on this channel are gold! I recommend to anyone. I learned a lot from Jim and Ricky. And I'm earning like $300 a month. Thank you!!

The .com domain with lang="en-US" works very well if you have an information based website. But, if you want to rank your "services based website" then google prefers local TLDS such as .co.uk or .fr etc. We are UK based services based company but we choose to .cleaning/ TLD just to have a website name similar to the brand name. Initially, we had lang="en-GB" and hreflang="en-gb" the site was ranking good in the UK but we did some experiment to reach to the mass audience, for that we changed it to lang="en-US" hreflang="en-us" and changed spellings etc to reflect the US version of English. After a few days, we noticed that we were getting more traffic from the US, South America, Asia, and Austraila but surprisingly we lost our ranking in the UK. Then we changed the lang and hreflang back to the GB. We are now ranking better in the UK but we don't get much traffic from other countries though most of our content is information based. In our experience, if you provide services in your country (other than the US) then there is no point of setting up your website for the US version of English, which can obviously bring you more traffic but you loses ranking in your own country which ultimately impacts your business.

The good thing about writing for a small local niche is that it is easy to quickly become the top site and in many cases the opinion leader for the niche in the country. I have seen bloggers become superstars in the specific niche in a couple of months and then go on creating courses, books etc.

We would like to pick your brains about our current situation:
We are just about to launch our very first website about living in rural Thailand. It is written in English but would it be worth the additional time and effort translating the website into Thai (duo language)?
Our niche (self-sufficiency through diversification) appeals to both languages, but are concerned the extra workload wouldn't be reflected in any additional future ad revenue.
Thanks in advance. I know you guys are super busy, us too . . . that's why we hope you can help.

Hie just my 2 cents... I have an English site focusing on Thailand. Taffic and ad revenue is so low that it just not justify the effort but I continue to write articles because I love to offer perspective as a foreigner visiting Thailand. Given that your niche is very specific, you also need to consider are advertisers in your niche pays well? If there are no advertisers targeting keywords of your site, you site would serve generic ads that pay like few cents per click.
You would do better if the site is made to target traffic from the US.

Hi everyone, I am wanting to start a niche site. Does age matter when comes to trusting someone’s content? I am 17 will this affect me being quite young or will it be fine as long as I have good helpful content

    Hi all,
    Tnx for the video!
Quick question, for someone that reads and writes on more than one language, how about a single domain with several languages, what do you think about this?
It's a good idea to create a "niche" .com domain (Wordpress multisite) having /en /es /pt
sub-directories with the posts well translated inside each sub-directory (by hand)?
    Also, bonus question! :)
A .com site with several categories inside with different posts for each one of your interests it's better or worse than a different site for each post category? (imagine writing about Bikes, Audio and Gadgets all in one same domain, is that a problem?)
    Tnx!

Please help, I have been trying to get through to your site so that I can sign up for Project 24 before the price increase on Jan 1st but all I keep getting is ," safari can't open because of too many redirects". I have been saving for the opportunity but I NEED to get signed up before the January 1st!

Income School Awesome, thank you so much. I am so excited, I cannot wait. I will complete the sign up steps tomorrow. Had a lot of family Christmas stuff happening today with my kids who are home for the school break from university. I didn't want to miss out on anything with them but I have to admit, joining Project 24 was on my mind all day, lol.

To Jim and Ricky: I found a keyword suggested by Google, which I believe is a pretty reasonable keyword that my target readers would be searching for. When I searched it in Google, all the results were product pages from different stores. Not one blog post written about it. You've said in your previous videos that blog posts usually have better chances of ranking than forums. I wonder if it's the same case for blog posts VS product pages? Thank you! I've watched all your videos and will be looking forward for your next ones.

Candace Psyche it really depends on the search intent for they actual search query. If they’re looking for info, you can outrank the product pages. If they’re looking to buy, you won’t. It’s probably worth writing the article if it’s something people search for information about and don’t just buy outright.

@@IncomeSchool Thanks so much! I finished the article 3 days ago. And yes, it's a keyword specifically asking for info before buying. Will update this thread for the result 6 months from now.

UPDATE: After 3 months from the publish date, that post ranked on Google's first page! And yes, it's getting traffic.

I think Paypal only works if it's linked with a bank account because it's a subscription-based program. If you don't have that option, then try signing up using the below. It will sign you up for just 1 year, which Paypal should allow you to do. Then, if you want to renew later you can do a 1-time payment for the renewal.
