Faith comes through knowledge. Not your ordinary book knowledge, but knowledge through experiencing God and reading His Word. I'm a Christian and I doubt, even his existence. This song helps me to remember the things God has done for me in my life. The times where he revealed his presence to me and I felt him inside of me. Revelation is what we need, knowledge is just that but revelation is God's words alive in us. We have a soul and we have a spirit. Our soul is were our emotions resides, our thoughts our logic, but our spirit which starts living when we accept Jesus, that is were God speaks to us, were we receive revelation and God's peace. The more you feed your spirit the stronger it gets, but our natural self , our soul and body don't want our spirit to be alive, because we come from an earthly sinful natural. But God starts a process in us when we surrender to Him. It's long but it's worth it.
This is one of those Holy Spirit inspired songs that got me through one of the toughest times in my life. Why doesn't God remove evil you say? Just wait. He will.

We did this song today at church with men vocals... these weren't singers just men... three of us read the first three verses and softly sang the choruses... we doubled up some humming parts for a bassy addition... it was so powerful! Gungor is doing some great things here! :)

I think that itself, is the awesomeness of God, the fact that through him all things are possible and such as faith. I just dont understand how faith can be translated as gullibility,because to me faith is a miracle.Why do people need to have proof all the time why cant some things just be and whatever people may believe in be just that, what they believe in. Why should believers have to prove their beliefs. I think its a damn shame that people bash other peoples beliefs.

He fears that our choice will leave us eternally seperated from him. He will not force anyone who chose not to choose him (love him) to be with him in spite of our choice. He did not make us to be moral robots, as he loved us enough to give us free will. True Love is having the choice not to love. How do we know that our spouse truly loves us, if they didn't have an option not to love us? God came in the flesh and suffered for us, so that we don't have to....accept his gift of true Love.

As long as you're choosing your beliefs based on how they make you feel, you're just chasing your own fantasies. An honest search for truth doesn't consider how comfortable a belief is.
