thanks for such a detailed Vedic. I have been following you for quite some time. designed a 4 axis hot wire cutter based on your instructions, however it is all metal. Aluminium and steel. works very well. Few questions on constructions of Fuselage.
The criticality of fuselage apart from its overall dimensions are
Angle of attack. The angle at which the elevator is on the fuselage.
Now if you see the nose of fuselage which is being cut. It is roundish which do not provide any reference surface to fixing of motor. had it been a straight line, fixing motor square on it would make propellers run 90 degree to the fuselage.
Next is the angle at which main wings will be mounted. it is very clearly defined and understood
next is the cut for inserting Elevator. since the canvas/ photo of Grasshopper do not have the lines marked for that, at what angle these are to be cut, is it to be arbitrarily taken following horizontal constraints.
third question is that do we make two side walls and top and bottom profiles and then glue them into a fuselage the way the FT Bushewaker or will it be a single stock of foam and then cavities created in it fit the motor and other electronics.
lastly will the wings be made in fusion 360 or the way it was earlier being done.
I am big fan of yours and following you.... Shall make this plane and Post the pictures.
    thanks again

Hi I'm just about to release Part 3 which will show how I make the parts. I intend to cut cavities in the foam for batteries and servos. I'm considering cutting the nose section off and 3d-printing a cowling. The wings won't be made in Fusion 360 I've used DevWing Foam 2 but any of the free g--code generators could be used as it's a simple wing.
There will be a Part 4 video much later in the year where I'll show mounting the motor and the wings etc. But I have some other projects to completer first. Thanks for your kind words
      Keith
