So is it better to set Max in decimal rather than %?Can we continue assigning decimal values to material ?What would be difference?How to differentiate cost assigned if a person is working on 2 projects?Per day cost can be given to a project engineer then let 40 % and 60% be assigned based on persons involvement in 2 different projects.Then what would be next step and how will cost be allocated in that case if person has a salary of 30000

Yes, assign the decimal for materials

we are allocating the persons/materials, so its better to assign in terms of decimal rather than percentage.
4) How to differentiate cost assigned if a person is working on 2 project
If a person is working for multiple projects then his cost will not be going to differ coz, for example head mason cost is 1500rs means his cost will be same for the different projects, so need to make the difference in the cost.
5) how will cost be allocated in that case if person has a salary of 30000.
In general the Engineers are allotted for particular project/task , if that task/project completed then he will be allotted to the another project/task.
6) Multiple projects-
plane and schedule separately for different projects by using MS Project. Allocate the persons based on that.

How to set actual start and end date as it is very difficult to track start end for each task for a project with 1000 tasks and most of the time no one has a record that when exactly things started.

In general in the construction site all the activity details are tracked regularly by the concern persons and updated according to that in the MSP/primeavera.
Please know how to add resources site engineer for all task as 1 engineer is sufficient for project,as engineer look for all task in field tell me I want to know it
Hi,
Yes, one Engineer is sufficient to look after the small project. Just for an example, I assumed that, one task will start before ending of the another task. It is not possible to allocate the same person for both the works which are at the same time, thats way I have increased the resources.I hope I have answered your question.
