This is the first time I’ve watched any of your videos prich, and even though I knew you were extremely healthy these days I didn’t know what to expect, but I have to say they are amazing, your passion for all the content is fantastic and not only that the actual information is top notch!!! Hey Matt, where's your coconut cream from and what make is it please? I bought a tin from Sainsbury's last week and it was just just like thick white liquid but it said cream on the can. I've only just started on my vegan diet (16 days in and it's going ok) and I'm eager to try this cheesecake. Thanks xxxxx
You need to put it in the fridge for a few hours, which makes the solid bit separate from the liquid. Pour off the water and scoop out the solid cream.

I use my coffee grinder to get a fine ground powder (tip for the Oreo topping)
