Very nice setup. For those that don't want to build it, mityvac mva6005 is a fluid evacuation kit is about $16. Just add a automotive style hand vacuum pump. Better yet just hook the vacuum hose to a vacuum source on your car, start it up and suck out any fluid quickly. Just pull the hose before the bottle fills completely to avoid sucking the fluid in the intake side of the engine. Works great for emptying the brake fluid reservoir quickly.

Why did you put 2 valves between the chamber and the syringe in the same direction. Surely you only need one to enable the air in the chamber to be removed? The system needs one out and one in.

I don’t use your version of a vacuum chamber (but I don’t think it matters). My tube gets very tight, like sucked together due to the vacuum. Tipps? I think that’s why it doesn’t work that good.

Just a follow up on this - i purchased all the parts on eBay the tube was already attached to the syringe I got which helped - What didnt helps was that 3 of the valves I ordered were actually faulty and did not allow any air to pass through them . Make sure when you buy the valves you can blow air through them with your mouth from the threaded end - if you cant they are faulty! - hope this saves someone a headache like me lol

Just put a secondary hose coming out of the jar, and attach to the brakes. So the fluid you suck out will stay in the jar & not get sucked into your pump
Recommend you .....boil a kettle....thus making steam..... place jar and lid in boiling water .....then use the syringe method VERY quickly therafter keep the jar IN the hot water as you remove the steam. when you are as far as you can pump......use gloves to remove the jar. (myself,I would use a champagne or an asti spumante bottle as it is THICKER GLASS and the neck has a smaller opening) For extra credit ....... you make a spinner to go inside before you do this.(steel wire plus black white fins) if you pre magnetize the spinner and design it to hang from the valve (which you ALSO magnetize AFTER sealing)it gives you a near frictionless bearing. ......your vacuum is ONLY partial..... by heating the remaining air.....the tiny turbine should spin.....as there is very little to stop it.

100 liters is a lot mate like a lot lot, I would advise using a glass chamber with a motorised vacuum pump instead of a manual one

air pressure in the balloon, since we pump out some air from the jar there is less pressure outside balloon, so air inside expends
