We stayed at Life Asok Rama 9 just next door to Ashton Asok and really, really loved this entire neighborhood as you can get everything Bangkok has to offer within a few blocks of each other
How long were you there? I want to go there next year too. But I'll probably only manage to stay for a month, because unfortunately I can't be there for longer. It's difficult to find a landlord for such a short time at Laem Asoke Rama 9.
Aloha, love your videos I finally made it to Thailand, last week I followed one of your routes from a older video about canal boats had a blast. Thank you. At the 5:18 mark in this video, it looked like abandon train cars down it the grass area?
Good to hear my old vid still help people. Yes it’s an abandoned yard.. security won’t let me in either haha plus snakes.. so no vid there yet I’m afraid
Erm… not really.. I maybe see 1 cockroach every 2 months maybe and that’s about it. I’m up on lvl 40 though. There is not a single condo in Thailand that doesn’t have them somewhere trust me. You get used to it and start not to even care
love your content, as always! This may not be video related, but i realized i couldn´t access your website linked in your youtube profile. Not sure if it is intended? Cheers and waiting for your next video! :) :
Love your vids. Me and my wife are going to be moving there in like a few years and we wanted to know if we could strike up a correspondence via email about the different areas.
That’s amazing! I offer a consultation service for those looking to move here if that’s of any interest to you guys? Drop me an email at info@projectbangkok.com anytime 🙏🏻
Condo is nice Rob,to be fair for a single person or even a coupe for the price it’s fine,of course you can get cheaper but at the end of the day it depends on what you want. You want to pay more, well pay more but your only really sleeping in it .People waste so much money on condos.
Don’t know why all the comments are being so negative. Probably Americans who don’t realise how good they have it. Literally the only criticism you could level at this condo is that it’s small. Aside from that, it’s in a good location, cheap, modern, attractive, everything brand new, and comes with a pool with amazing views. A comparable place in the U.K. would be Dandi apartments, which cost almost £2K
„luxury“ is very overexaggerate for this condo. The Building and facilities maybe but the condo itself seems very basic and also kinda small for that price. I’d even say that’s overpriced specifically for tourists.
Hey if you want to do a video at my condo I have 23k thb/month 2 bedroom 54m square on 43th floor The things is its also The Line on Pradipat road. Heap of local options which really close to affluent area like Ari
Bro you seriously think k that Gym is better than Knights Bridge Soace the 2 story mega Gym with a actuall Smith Machine ? I want to see the video you did of Inights bridge Space
Nothing special about this apartment ! The standard 35sqm dog cage size of most new apartment buildings now built in Bangkok, with the emphasis being on the common areas (where one does not live), and no good view from the apartment again focussing on views from common areas. There is a glut of these types of small apartments in all of Bangkok (in which I would never live), and I don’t see why you chose to show this one in particular (other maybe that your friend asked you too). I guess it’s for your viewers for whom “central and cheap” is the main criteria. You are missing a lot of viewers by showing a quite ordinary apartment and going for “cheap” instead of a good price for real apartment quality (not just common areas quality). Also if location is most important, with the effectiveness of BTS and MRT public transportation you can pretty much live anywhere if close to a station and get better price-quality value. Just my opinion ✌️
Well I do think for the location it’s quite good price. I mean sure you can get much cheaper condos if you live further out but that means you’ll take 1-2 hour commute back in the city everyday if you work around Rama9

Nice vid Rob, never been to Bangkok but want to next year. Will I have to learn to live with insects in the condo?

Oh thanks. I could easily handle 1 a day so that’s under my limit. Ha. Only other issue I’d have is noise but I’ll just wear ear plugs to bed if bad.
Nice location to the markets and eating areas . Nice condo for the price and location, the pool will suit me fine .
Will be your next home lad 😁
Definitely need to look at condos like this for once I move there .
I stayed there the view is incredible. Hard to find better views especially from a gym
Totally agree! Amazing building
Ashton building is really awesome 💯
Ashton is baller 👌🏻

is behind the Ashton not the life asoke rama 9 condo with the 3 amazing rooftop pools?
Yes is it.. there also Life Asoke Hype that has the best of the lot
any condos attached to malls? or older less tall buildings where you can see people / street

Does the pool ever gets warm?
Or it’s cold year round?
It's a hot and humid place so never cold.

Do itttttt
Are places like Jodd fairs smoke free?
They have smoking zones from what I understand. Outside the gate on the side road
@@ProjectBangkok Good to know that they are keeping the smokers away from the rest. Same can't be said with the other night markets yeah?
No gym tour?
There’s clips of the gym in the vid.. people working out so didn’t overstay my welcome there
I know the traffic is mental in Bangkok but 40 minutes to cross a road is insane.
40 seconds of you run like I do 😁
What's the deal with the new Thailand tax
Pass.. that’s what accountants are for 😂
32sq m i condo in Central Bangkok 24 security rent achievable 8000 to 10,000 baht
is that luxury already? try Scope Langsuan
Give me access and I’ll go film 😁

Looks nice but luxury? Really? Your definition of luxury is a little different from mine
That’s called perspective
@@ProjectBangkok It’s called click bait
Grow up
@@ProjectBangkok My apologies. I guess the truth hurts 🤣
What’s your definition of luxury?
00:18 สวัสดี (sawasdee) + ครับ(khrap) learn to say it half properly. I'm sure Thai's would appreciate it.
No
Very small 🤢
So is your comment 😁

Can you share your link to your channel showing best of the best location and priced condos
Facilities only marketing to fool buyers and renters that will never use. Good for instagram. Rather live in a 60-80 sqm in oldish apartment
35 sqm is more than enough for one person
Why do you need a bigger apartment if you have so many amenities in the building? It makes no sense
Well I do think for the location it’s quite good price. I mean sure you can get much cheaper condos if you live further out but that means you’ll take 1-2 hour commute back in the city everyday if you work around Rama9
