10:06 - No surprise that this early website ad is the most 90s thing I’ve seen in a while. My family had gotten on line in the summer of 95. Lots of memories of AOL Instant Messenger, and looking up news on movies, video games, and anime. (“Wait, you mean the English Dub of Sailor Moon is missing violence and mature themes?”)

1995 the last good year of the 90s decade before everything started to suck. Anything Star Trek related, Independence Day, Men in Black, computer gaming, and Ocarina of Time being the exceptions.

I post stuff including and up to the end of 1996. After 1997 ads for prescription drugs were allowed by the FDA and started to become the norm on TV.

@@80sCommercialVault It's such a shame that started happening, but I think the only redeeming factor of the commercials from 1997-1999 were the video game ads and that was it.

December 95…I was a Senior in High School with dreams of writing screenplays. It fell through, but thanks to the support of my amazing girlfriend and some luck, I have started writing again, and am talking to a producer about one of my scripts, which he is showing to others around his production company. Even if nothing happens, lots of memories and dreams tied to this time, which may be real soon some 27 years later.
