You are so lucky in Sweden you are allowed to cut anything from the neighbour's garden that is hanging in on your side of your garden so if they will pay that is so great!

I called because the se thing happened to me last year an they said that it is my problem now because it is on my property. That ce from the city code. I was freaking out.

She said in the beginning the contractor is taking care of everything. If they were a homeowner in the US their own insurance company would cover everything but no worries. Tree clean up, new fence & shed will be completed by the contractor ie tree people if they are professionals (licensed & insured).

Oh I'm so sorry! I had a neighbors tree fall in to my yard and break our fence when my oldest was 3. I'm so glad no one was outside when it fell. I hope the neighbors are helpfull with getting it removed.

Wow I can't believe the "professionals" did this! Did they come and contact you or did you have to go to them to get them to claim fault? I'm sorry you have to deal with this but thank God no one was outside when it happened.
Glad you are all okay. The moral of the story of you want to do any yard work, don't, and eventually, it will be done for you. On a separate note, if Jerusalem doesn't like his shaved-head look, wigs are a thing. 😂

That company ended up taking away natural tree shade! While they had probably right to cut what was hanging over in their garden, they clearly did not come to check the other side of the fence in case tree is havier on that side. Such a pitty. Glad it was 3am and not day time as someone could have gotten seriously hurt. In Oz w 35 degrees who wants to do garden clearout day time!? Good to know company is to rectify damages but that tree providing lovely canopy and shade is totaly gone😔unless it can be propped up somehow🤞

We have old trees here in California big ones. We had a drought and some of the trees just fall over and uproot themselves, especially ones that were leaning already because they were so top-heavy. If the base of the tree is in the neighbor's yard and it destroyed your shed in your fence when it fell they are responsible for paying for that too. Sometimes when a tree falls on a car or something like that, the insurance says it is an act of God. Those are actually things in the policy. That means that the person that owns the offended property, example the car in the case of a neighbor here, cannot sue the owner of the property for the damaged but they have to have that thing insured that is their property.
You can “graft” the tree back together!!! Look it up how to. I’ve done several and made more trees from branches 🥰 Thank heavens y’all weren’t outside when this occurred!!! What a mess and it’s obvious what they did as the guys are horrific! I know y’all will make new memories and find a lovely new backdrop..maybe without so much shade buuuut at least everyone’s okay❣️ THAT’S what’s important~ all my love…

For the broken branch you can try to graft it back in.
In Ontario Canada when new houses are built they cut the trees all the way to the property line cutting through roots all the time, so far in my area the ones cut haven’t lost the other 1/2 to falling, but sadly many of them die, we don’t have enough protection when people build new homes, they cut all the way to the property line so that the roots of the tree won’t impact the house and future plumbing. My home is 60+ years old and all small new trees planted way back are full grown and some roots have gotten into the plumbing and we have had to replace and repair pipes.
Yes Im in Ontario to. And sell Real Estate. And technically that tree was encroaching on the neighbors, roots and branches so unfortunatley if that was here the neighbor builder is not responsible. I think it's just terriblbe though when an owner or builder does not just mention they 'need" to cut what's on their side down. Give a heads up. I think it's rude to just think oh well to bad and hope the tree is ok, although they don't really care my guess. Maybe there where they are the rules are differnt. And sadly cutting branches would probably not have done that but the roots..... That is aweful. and probably was not necessary at all.

I just had a tree in my backyard fall down too. I was glad because it was dead and I've been wanting to get rid of it for a long time. Luckily it didn't do any damage.
People have no care or concern these days, it's all about me me me and money. That's why stupid and dangerous things like these keep happening.

I think you can re plant the piece that snapped of! look into it, you can have a new plant out of it don't throw it away!
In the UK if the tree grows in the neighbours yard/garden then it belongs to the neighbour so if you cut some of it you have to drop it in their garden as it belongs to them......throw it over the neighbours garden or inform your landlord

That's so scary..
We had a tree fall on our house that had been growing next to it for a LONG time. But luckily it fell gracefully and it didn't damage anything. It was right next to the house and no one was outside (thank God!). But when it happened I thought it was just a branch falling onto the roof from one of the bigger/taller trees. We know someone in the tree cutting business and he was able to get here only a few days after to help clean it up.👍

But I wanted to ask how long until I can safely become pregnant again? I heard breastmilk stops when a woman becomes pregnant is that true? Would I still be able to breastfeed while pregnant? love your videos and i love your family!!!!
She will most likely answer you but from my experience I got pregnant with my son while nursing and still nursed my daughter until he was born, she was two, and could have still nursed her longer but she decided to stop and give the milk to her baby brother. So yes you can if your body lets you :)
