I don’t think any of those meals were actually nutritious. I mean that fried thing with whipped cream for bf, pasta for lunch, and a tortilla loaded with cheese and red Meat for dinner with ice cream is definitely not nutritious in my opinion. You Americans should visit India someday, that’s when you’ll realise what nutritious meals are.

@@saumyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaNot just India, Mediterranean food it's also a good example of balance: olive oil instead of butter and food full of vegetables, rice, bread, fish, meat and fruits
Girl you’re such an inspiration!! You’re so beautiful and you remind me of my high school friend Jackie! Y’all could be sisters or cousins! Thank you for your videos ! They are so positive
Since I'm struggling with weight loss and have a unhealthy relationship with food. I have decided whenever I'll have kids. I'll make them exercise and eat healthy from childhood. So they never have to struggle with exercising or losing weight and always can maintain a healthy body.
I'm not judging you whatsoever, but doing that can also cause them to have an unhealthy relationship with food. They wouldn't be able to eat without worrying about their body, or how much they'll have to exercise later.
@@Urfavblondie442 I understand what you mean. But my point is that I'll make a habit of exercise from childhood and make them eat healthy food that are good for health, body and balanced. For example: I'm from Bangladesh, bengali people's regular meal is rice, soyabean oil cooked food that is neither healthy or balanced. Since I grew up eating those food eathing balanced or healthy meal on regular basis is quite difficult. And I spent most of my time being idle laying in bed. So keeping consistency with exercise is also being hard. If I make my child habitual to healthy food, it will grow up with them as their day to day meal. Like in my country we eat pizza, burger, pasta whenever we are hanging out or having a get together, it's occasional and we can live without eating it doesn't change or life much. So I'll make my kids daily food healthy and balanced, so even if they eat unhealthy it won't impact their body much. Also if they exercise from childhood it will eventually become their daily habit as well.
She is doing great job for her kids ❤ I wish when they grew up they will respect her mom always ❣️ new generation are not thankful to their parents 😢 i wish she will get same respect and care as she is doing rn for her kids ❤️🥰

As an always hungry teen (im not starving im just a muncher) the fact that you do this for your kids is amazing. I understand the time and effort it takes to create nutritious yet tasty meals, and the fact that you do that all of the time for your children is really amazing. Also you just made me hungry. I’m already excited for breakfast lol ❤😊
