စစ္ပြဲမ်ားကုိ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ တုိက္ခုိက္ႏုိင္ရန္ ေသနဂၤဗ်ဴဟာမ်ား တတ္ကၽြမ္းျခင္း၊ ေခတ္မီလက္နက္မ်ား ပုိင္ဆုိင္ထားျခင္း၊ အင္အား ႀကီးမားေသာ စစ္တပ္ရွိျခင္း စသည့္အခ်က္မ်ားသည္ အဓိက က်သကဲ့သုိ႔ ပါဝင္တုိက္ခုိက္ေသာ စစ္သားမ်ား၏ စိတ္ဓာတ္တက္ၾကြေနရန္မွာလည္း အထူး လိုအပ္သည္။ လူသားမ်ားသည္ တစ္ဦးႏွင့္ တစ္ဦး တုိက္ခုိက္သတ္ျဖတ္ျခင္း မျပဳမီ မာန္သြင္းေအာ္ဟစ္ျခင္းကုိ ျပဳလုပ္ေလ့ရွိသည္။ လူေပါင္း မ်ားစြာ ပါဝင္ေသာ တုိက္ပြဲႀကီးမ်ား တုိက္ခုိက္ရာတြင္ ရန္သူ႔တပ္ရွိရာသုိ႔ တဟုန္ထုိးခ်ီတက္ရာ၌ တပ္ဖြဲ႕ တစ္ခုလံုးမွ လူမ်ား စုေပါင္း ေအာ္ဟစ္သံမ်ားသည္ ရန္သူ႔တပ္ကုိ ပုိမုိ ေျခာက္ျခားေစႏုိင္သည္။ တူရိယာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား ေပၚေပါက္လာခ်ိန္တြင္ စစ္ပြဲႀကီးမ်ားအတြင္း အသံျဖင့္ အခ်က္ျပရန္အတြက္သာမက စစ္သားမ်ား စိတ္ဓာတ္တက္ၾကြလာေစရန္ တီးခတ္အသံုးျပဳခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ထုိ႔ေနာက္ စစ္သားမ်ား သီဆုိရန္ စစ္ပြဲအတြက္ သီးသန္႔ ေရးဖြဲ႕ထားေသာ စစ္ခ်ီေတးမ်ား ေပၚေပါက္လာခဲ့သည္။ စစ္တပ္မ်ားတြင္လည္း စစ္သီခ်င္းမ်ား တီးခတ္ရန္ တပ္ဖဲြ႕ (ဘင္ခရာတပ္ဖြဲ႕)ကုိ ဖြဲ႕စည္းလာၾကသည္။ ျမန္မာ့ရာဇဝင္တြင္လည္း စစ္မတုိက္မီ ကာခ်င္းမ်ား သီဆုိျခင္း၊ စစ္စည္ စစ္ေမာင္းမ်ား တီးခတ္ျခင္း စသည္ျဖင့္ စစ္သားမ်ား၏ စိတ္ဓာတ္ကုိ ႏုိးၾကား တက္ၾကြေစရန္ ဂီိတျဖင့္ လႈံေဆာ္ေပးခဲ့ေၾကာင့္ အထင္အရွား ေတြ႕ရွိရသည္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ေအာင္ဆန္းဦးေဆာင္ေသာ ရဲေဘာ္သံုးက်ိပ္အဖြဲ႕ဝင္မ်ားသည္ ဟုိင္နန္ကၽြန္းတြင္ စစ္ပညာ သင္ၾကားခဲ့ၿပီး ဗမာ့လြတ္လပ္ေရးတပ္မေတာ္ (Burma Independence Army - BIA) ကုိ ထုိင္းႏုိင္ငံ ဘန္ေကာက္ ၿမဳိ႕၌ ၁၉၄၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စတင္ဖြဲ႕စည္းခဲ့သည္။ ထုိ႔ေနာက္ ၁၉၄၂ ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္နဝါရီလတြင္ ဂ်ပန္တပ္မ်ားႏွင့္အတူ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ားခဲြ၍ ျမန္မာျပည္အတြင္းသုိ႔ ခ်ီတက္ခဲ့ၿပီး အဂၤလိပ္စစ္တပ္ကုိ တုိက္ခုိက္ခဲ့သည္။ ဂ်ပန္စစ္တပ္က စစ္ပညာသင္ၾကားေပးခဲ့ေသာ ရဲေဘာ္သံုးက်ိပ္ဦးေဆာင္သည့္ ဘီအုိင္ေအတပ္သည္ တပ္၏ ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံု၊ ယူနီေဖာင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အမိန္႔ေပးပံုမ်ားကအစ ဂ်ပန္စစ္တပ္၏ ပံုစံကုိ အတုယူကာ ဖြဲ႕စည္းခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။ ထုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ ကနဦးကာလမ်ားတြင္ စစ္ခ်ီေတးမ်ားကုိလည္း ဂ်ပန္စစ္ခ်ီေတးမ်ားမွ သံစဥ္မ်ားကုိ ယူကာ ျမန္မာစာသားမ်ားျဖင့္ အစားထုိး၍ သီကံုးေရးဖြဲ႕ခဲ့ၾကသည္။ ထုိစစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္းမ်ားသည္ ၾကားရသူမ်ား၏ စိတ္ကုိ တက္ၾကြေစခဲ့ၿပီး ဘီအိုင္ေအတပ္၏ တပ္သားသစ္ စုေဆာင္းမႈအတြက္ မ်ားစြာ အေထာက္အကူ ျပဳခဲ့သည္။
Admin အဖြဲ႕က အဆုိပါ စစ္ခ်ီေတးမ်ားႏွင့္ မူရင္း ဂ်ပန္စစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္းမ်ားကုိ ျပန္လည္ရွာေဖြခဲ့ရာတြင္ ၂ ပုဒ္သာ ေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။ မူရင္း ဂ်ပန္စစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္းျဖစ္ေသာ Hohei no Honryō (Specialty of Infantry) ကုိ ရဲေဘာ္သံုးက်ိပ္ဝင္ ဗုိလ္ရဲထြဋ္ ျပန္လည္ေရးစပ္ထားသည့္ ဗမာျပည္ ကာကြယ္မည္ (မူရင္းစာသား) သီခ်င္းႏွင့္ ဂ်ပန္စစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္း Gunkan māchi (Man of War) သီခ်င္းကုိ ျပန္လည္ေရးစပ္ထားသည့္ ဗမာတုိ႔ရဲ႕ တပ္မေတာ္ (မူရင္းစာသား) သီခ်င္းတုိ႔ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဗမာတုိ႔ရဲ႕ တပ္မေတာ္သီခ်င္းကုိ ေရးသားသူအမည္ကုိ ရွာေဖြ မေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ပါ။ သိရွိသူမ်ား ျပန္လည္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ေပးရန္ ေတာင္းဆုိပါသည္။ မဆလအစုိးရလက္ထက္တြင္ စစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္းစာသားမ်ားကုိ ေျပာင္းလဲမႈ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ေသာေၾကာင့္ မူရင္းစာသားျဖင့္ သီဆုိထားသည့္ သီခ်င္းမ်ား မေတြ႕ရွိရေတာ့ဘဲ ျပဳျပင္ထားသည့္ စာသားမ်ားျဖင့္ သီဆုိထားသည့္ စစ္ခ်ီသီခ်င္းမ်ားကုိသာ ေဖာ္ျပလုိက္ရပါသည္။ မူရင္းစာသားမ်ားကုိ စာျဖင့္ ေဖာ္ျပထားပါသည္။

You can see general shijiro lida salute to Burmese officer cadets in parade. The reality is most of front line soilders to Imphal kohema warfare are Japanese and so they pay respect to soilders leaving front by giving salute.Later Burmese tutors are provided to train BDA after 1st batch of officers cadet and even sent scholor officers to Japan for further training. IJA is instrumental in forming of nowadays Burmese National Army only based on patriotism.
