K Swapping my Wide Body Honda Civic- Final Episode

- It's finally done! the K swap is up and running. We are ready for its first shakedown at none other than the famous Laguna Seca Raceway. As you might or might not know, Fern surprised me with a track day at Laguna Seca and it pushed me to get the civic ready to go. It took us about 7 hours to get to Laguna but it was well worth the trip. I hope you guys enjoy this video. Honestly this video was not planned. It just happened to work out. The civic still needed so much work but when Fern surprised me with the ticket, it pushed me into overdrive. The experience was incredible. I still think about this day everyday, I really hope you guys enjoy it. And the best part.....it's just the beginning! Now that the civic is up and running, there is so much I want to do and share with all of you. It's been a long 7 months but I don't regret it one bit. You guys pushed me to make this happen, and I hope each and every one of you enjoys this as much as I did. curious whats ur wheel and tire size, and what kind of tires ur running ? and your end track alignment front and back?
Rota grids- 15x9 -15 offset
245-40-15 all around falken RT660
-3.6 front camber
-0.10 front toe
2.5 front caster (not adjustable) but aiming for more with PCI components
-2.7 rear camber
0.00 rear toe.
@@MonroviaAlignment im helping my kid with his dc2, trying to figure out the ballpark of where i need to be with wheels and offset, not alot of data online.. when i search. i was thinking of running 16x8 +30 on 225 45 16 tires. with a fender roll. would rather go lower with the offset. but thanks for the alignment numbers. Happy you got the experience Laguna Seca, im up in Sonoma Raceway. its 20 min away from me.
That size sounds about right! Fender roll or add a bit of camber to clear the wheels. 🙌🏽
