I don't think you could get any better run for spicebush..... You have resourse generation, you have got the coin and and the raincoat and..... you have MFE as the final boss.

After seeing the starlight tree, I knew that the strategy for solo run has straight up changed from tank as much as you can to just straight up aoe spam to stagger enemies before they can hit you. That means many ids that were capable of running MD2H solo runs are not able to run MD3H solo because of the stagger starlight buff no longer existing. I also saw that spicebush yi sang was very capable of doing MD2H without having to spam sunshower (credit to Axeiiyl). My general strategy went to stack yi sang's passive (30% more aoe damage) with everything I can find that can buff it. He also is great at not needing to spam the ego after the first turn because of his skill 2 also being a really strong aoe attack. When done properly, the entire run is just glass cannon your way through everything before they stagger you first, with the only thing holding yi sang back is healing sustain and ego resource
It’s unfortunately realistically required new mirror dungeon hard whalers and T Corp can roll mid 20s fairly consistently You can technically cash out after floor 4 but that’s difficult and I feel goes against the spirit of a solo run Though you can get lucky with encounters

I dispensed and threadspun 4'd this EGO a day before the update. Pretty worth it, even if I did have to sacrifice some Outis shards for thread.
