Not many people realise how many iterations and therefore hours there are in getting a fully functional final design. They mostly just see a few cents of plastic. Well done.

You'll have a good suite of products on the digital download shelves soon Colin

No doubt about it, you're an ideas man, Steve!! (did you get the reference? 🤣) I think you're on another winner, there, Colin. Can't wait for the dust hole cover for the tracksaw. Just curious, for a novice like myself, would you recommend Shapr3D or Fusion 360. (bearing in mind, I'm struggling to grasp Fusion 360). Anyway, great video, as usual. Cheers mate. 👍

Thanks Chris. I'd like to think that all those years working on the family Camira might have helped develop some ingenuity. Or maybe it's the serenity of the workshop. 😆 I can definitely vouch for Shapr3D. I'm sure they're building spaceships with Fusion 360. But Shapr3D is also very capable and, in my view, so much easier to pick up. The track saw hole cover is on the list....

Is the STL for this available? I have the exact same router and was looking for a 3d printed solution

Thanks for your question. I don’t share the STL for this design. But I can print one and send it to you. Contact me on info@colinklupiec.com if you’re interested.

Hi Colin, is this available as an STL? Would like to print it with PETG.

Hey, sorry for the super late response. I don't share my STL files for the parts I make. But, since you asked, I'd be happy to send you a printed one as a gift. I just posted about one that I printed from a mixture of two resins in a cool green colour. Check it out. www.youtube.com/@ColinKlupiec/community

@@ColinKlupiecHiya Colin, this looks like an excellent and really useful upgrade to the Ryobi Router! I have one of these Routers on the way from Australia as I type (not sure it comes with any dust extraction facility though?).
That said, I am, aside from a Ryobi obsessive, a seriously OTT Green fanatic - what would be the chance of purchasing one of the Cool Green Colour samples from you please?
Unfortunately, I am in the UK, but would happily pay for the postage as well, if this is a possibility?… 🤔
Thank you for sharing your video and the work you have undertaken, for the greater Ryobi good, to improve on the standard item, enjoyed and much appreciated, newly sub’d as well… ✅ 👏🏻
