    This morning I was watching a new channel on TH-cam, I think the name is Mad Man and he did a comparison with your product and 2 others and I was impressed at the results. Than this afternoon I watched you on thrift diving not knowing your product was the star of the show and I watched it all the way to the end. I just subscribed to your channel. Really glad I spent my day off on you tube. I will be ordering your 4 pack in the next few day's. I am refinishing several pieces I believe the style is called Hamptons coastel (white wash or cerused) and I have bought a lot of stuff ,and for whatever reason it has felt as if I am not quite ready. But after watching everything about QCS I feel that is what my results are supposed to look like.

    Thanks Gary, do you think the QCS product would work on a badly varnished hardwood floor?

    I wonder if people bypass the actual stripper bcus it's much cheaper.

    Might work on newer finishes, esp clear finishes, but forget about using it on old oil-based paint. Tried it today on some old interior trim, and the QCS hardly touched it after two applications and an hour wait for each. I regret putting out $139 for a gallon of this stuff.

    I ordered a bottle and Have not received any shipping information. I have emailed strip well twice and nobody has contacted me. What is the best way to get a hold of them to see where my product is at.

    What grade of steel wool do you recommend using?

    • @stripwell
      @stripwell  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Cameron. We generally recommend using single 0 steel wool, but almost any will work.

    After scraping off QCS should you clean up with soap and water or just a water wipe-down?

    • @stripwell
      @stripwell  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We actually recommend using some clean QCS to do a final wipe down, but many QCS users have had great success wiping down the surface with water also. We are actually developing an Afrerwash Cleaner that will work really well with QCS, but that is not yet available.

    Will QCS remove paint on baseboards?

    • @stripwell
      @stripwell  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Karren. QCS does remove some paints, but results do vary a bit. Also, being that is it liquid, you would just need to be careful when using it so it doesn't accidentally strip anything surrounding the baseboards.

    Would like to see a real time video on same piece. Not saying any funny business is going on, just compare eggs to eggs. I enjoy refinishing gun stocks for a hobby, interested in easier steps as I am getting older and more broke down. Thanks.....
