I agree, knights are fire and Kings are air- but if you see them this way, Thoth court cards makes 100% sense anyway 😊 Marea Tarot looks like a modern impression in a style of Margarete Petersen Tarot in Thoth style. Love it 👌💥
Hello Sharon, Thank you for this comparison of these Thoth inspired decks. I'm so happy to see that you have the "Asherah Tarot"! I've been working with this deck recently and thoroughly enjoy it! I have the smaller version. I reached out to Sarah and inquired about her mentioning about the possibility of printing the larger version of this deck. She said she may consider it at some point it's just a matter of finding the right printer. 🤞🤞 Glad I popped in to see this video. Which of these Thoth inspired decks do you work/connect with the most? ~Aimee~ 🕯🌹✨
Hi Aimee. I think Marea is my current favorite. Even though it is closer to the original Thoth it feels less weighed down by all the esoteric layers. I enjoy rabbit holes as much as any tarot nerds but I get blocked if the symbols are too front and center.
Okay I just added this video to my Watch Later but I wanted to comment and say I didn't realize you lived in Utah. That's where I grew up and lived until I was 30 😊
@@TrioofWitchesTarot mostly Pleasant Grove, but we lived all over Utah County. My husband and I lived in Eagle Mountain for a few years before we moved to TX.
I wish the Tabula Mundi would sell from retailers in Europe... I love that it isn't so much a clone, but uses the symbology and makes its own thing out of it, while still being true to the concepts the symbols refer to. btw. the Emperor has the ram horns attached to his head. Ashera is so beautiful.... ok, the sun is not my favourite though....[edit]: hmmm.... I guess I like the majors more than the minors. Sacred bees looks cool. I think I'm fine with just my original Thoth, but if I have the chance to get a copy of Tabula mundi without high shipping and tax cost, I 'll get it. The sacred bee, I wouldn't say no to if I was gifted it, but don't feel like buying, the others, beautiful but not for me.
@@TrioofWitchesTarot no problem, I also only knew it, because the Emperor is one of the cards that I always stop the videos, and zoom in. It's one of my birthcards.
Shoot, haven't even watched and already had to comment on the Marea tarot. I wanted that deck so badly during the first kickstarter attempt and missed it on the second round since I don't have any social media and was off tarot tube for all of 2023. I really hope the creator will sell some extras at some point because it is my dream/unicorn deck along with the Spolia Tarot. You're a lucky lady, Sharon! Now off to watch this exciting comparison because I love all three of these decks.
Thank you for the comparisons Sharon. The journey of the sacred bee is definitely a beautiful deck.
Thanks for watching Antoinette ❤️

Thanks for watching. I’m still wrapping my head around Thoth. Marea is quite brilliant. I’m glad it is getting the attention it deserves.

Love these walk through videos. They let me see and get a feeling for possible decks for my use. Thank you, Blessings, and I sub'd!

Cool. Where did you grow up? I live in Sandy but just across the street from Draper.

Thanks for pointing out what I missed. It can be hard to see everything whilst navigating making a video.

In the first deck I see that it has the Significator card
Yep it does. Sorry if I didn’t mention it. I was so focused on Marea. It’s so beautiful. Thanks for watching ❤️

Thanks for watching ❤️. I really hope that the Marea becomes available. It is the perfect Thoth.
