- L’Entente Cordiale 120 on Monday 8th April 2024. This Anniversary features the French Soldiers from La Garde Republicane’ which marks the treaty of friendship and peace between the UK and France (thanks to other TH-camrs reference).
The guard of honour saluting stand was taken by HRH Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
The Band of the Grenadier Guards led the Musical Support led by Senior Drum Major Chambers MVO, and Director of Music Captain Smith.

Very stirring to see both groups marching together. 🇬🇧❤🇫🇷
Thank you for filming this and sharing, there’s precious little coverage on National TV so I wouldn’t get to see this occasion otherwise! Our lads looked and sounded splendid and credit to the French too, a slightly different style of marching but all performed with dignified pride.
