I don't have cloud since i started after his banner dropped, but i did get Zack and his weapon OB3 and trying indeed with those subweapons. Instead of bald eagle I'm using enemy launcher for phy ability up.
Right now I'm using the free event weapons as a sub cause the other ones are only OB1
Nice bro!! Zack is still super strong and the fact that he has a built in Ice Imperil is insane! You wont regret pulling him 💯🙏🏽🔥🍻
@BodhiJMSRyder yea i wanted to go harder on Zack since he's my favorite but i decided to wait to see what banner is coming if it's Sephiroth then i'll pull, if not i will go back for Zack 😅
@CoolKid8064 dont pull past the weapon only ever pull for costume unless its for a Limited banner. Just wait and WL the sword after 🙏🏽 super important to do this imo in EC

You can also use aerith sun umbrella as a replacement for cait flower vase weapon it has the exact same r abilities and points at ob10
Hey bro! The Sun Umbrella actually only has 46 matk at level 10, so its not quite as good as the cait sith haste wep. But still really good!
This so cool man, I'm missing out on that zidane sword since I started on half anniv (SEA) but I can build my cloud on around ice pot lvl8 and over 5k patk using my stuff when I build him full dps. Cloud def is my strongest pdps rn. Rips fire enemies to shreds lol
Oh hell yeah bro nice!! And you’ll get a replacement for Zidane’s sword in time and then you’ll be even stronger!!
Unless you are going for one-hit max damage on a Shiva, you are better off removing one of the Ice weapons (and probably take a 10-15% hit to ice damage and replace by a very high Attack potency item with ATK, which will boost your overall physical attack and improve that command gauge bonus from 30% probably up to 70% (think Enemy launched with 52 Phys Potency and 31 ATK) Elemental Potency percentages and gauge percentages have a 1:1 impact on damage (bar Summon) so if you can sacrifice one for more of the other, you should always do it. Note that there are also weapons that have enough Ability potency to give you 15% for any type of damage, so if your last elemental weapon isn't giving you more than 2 extra level of elemental potency and your Physical or Magical is already 70 or 80%, use those.

With diamond dust level 10 and some ice potency, you will one shot a lot of the new tower mobs . Not the big bad bosses but the annoying ones at the end of the floor. It certainly made tower 90 a walk in the park

Cool video. What would you do for a DPS against Mad anchor 1 for the Highwinds? I was thinking Cloud Phys and Seperoth Magic. struggling with knocking it down enough before the arms ramp up and beat us to submission which is like 4 rounds or so. I am using Aerith also. It could be my secondary weapons... cant get back on till later tonight anyways.... BIG update. and No arcanum outfits... kept getting screwed...
Just gotta have multiple elements so that once he puts up shields for one of them you still have another. Try Ice/Lightning/Wind
for cloud build swap Bald Eagle for zack's Defender since PATK is overflowing.
How's the Ice Potency at max on Defender? Is it higher than 39?
@@BodhiJMSRyder yes it's 52.also another way to improve is to put the enhanced sword secondary instead of zidan. And then pick between enemy luncher and ultimatic as subwepean for phys ability boost

Are you not wasting potential in way over capping MATK? I feel like Cait's weapon would be the same or similar to Power Soul. I know you're not worried about survivability but I still think free HP over zero impact in MATK would be just as ultimate and more optimal
Yeah for sure if I was spec’ing for a fight than Power Soul would be better as long as the matk still stays at 7 which I think it would. This was pure dps tho so wasn’t spec’ing anything def related
Is there any point to have PATK or MATK up around 100? 55 points is all you need for level 7 buff
There isnt and its overkill, but based on what we have as R Abilities, there isnt a stronger setup ive found as other than matk we only have a few options that pair with other necessary r abilities

These are just pure DPS builds, like with any fight, you’ll have to tweak for content 🙏🏽
