    You're a darling, thanks for sharing. I love that you used English for all to understand. A quick question, can i decorate all cake with same?

      Thank you very much 🥰 Well, this cream is best suited for black forest, white forest, butterscotch and fresh fruit cakes. It's not suitable to be used under fondant decorations. Also as it is very light I wouldn't use it in very tall tier cakes

      Maybe the water was not cold enough. It has to be freezing cold. I also store the powder in the refrigerator. So both are very cold when I start whipping it. I also follow exact measurements as mentioned on the package. Also as it is very hot now, try frosting in an ac room for temperature maintenance.
      Also the sponge on which you are adding the icing should not be hot or warm. Chill the sponge for an hour and then start decoration on it.
      Water should be ice cold, also chill the bowl and the whipping handles for 1 hour. Water n powder exact measurements se lijiye. Whipping ke baad cream ban jaye, use phir se 15 mins freezer me rakhkar uske baad design banane ki koshish kijiye. ye bahut easily banta hai.

    Can we use puramate whipping cream powder for cheesecakes? Please recommend some whipping cream powder for cheesecakes.

    • @PadmapriyazCuisineTravel
      @PadmapriyazCuisineTravel  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Usually whipping cream powder is around 30% fat and heavy whipping cream is 36% to 38% fat. It might work but the texture may not be as cream as needed for a cheesecake. I hope I have answered your question.

    And for how many mins I can whip cream continuously with INALASA 250 WATT ????

    • @PadmapriyazCuisineTravel
      @PadmapriyazCuisineTravel  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it's inalsa only. I wouldn't suggest you to buy it as the power is low and it heats up and takes long time (around 20 min) to whip up stiff peaks while using liquid whipping cream like tropolite or starwhip.
      I have used Bajaj handmixer too, and it does the same work in half the time 👍
