Great video once again! Just for funsies next time you are pushing back the piston open the bleed nipple while you are pushing it in so all the blackened fluid that has been in contact with the piston seals etc won't go up into the system. You will be surprised how black the fluid that sits in the calipers gets in just a few years... Thanks again for making servicing content for the G, just used your front seat removal video yesterday!
Hi Sturbok. Great to hear from you. Some useful advice for sure. I wanted to use the laptop to bleed the brakes as you saw, so wanted to ensure there was extra fluid in the reservoir. As I changed my brake fluid a couple of months ago, I wasn’t too worried about dirty fluid, but you’re option would definitely add value 👍 All the best.
These videos are a God send. Thank you so much for making them, they're super helpful. One question though: Will you make a video on how to flush the radiator system in the future? Also if the engine coolant is on the minimum line would it be advisable to mix in a little bit of distilled water into the reservoir? Keep up the amazing content mate.🙏🏻 Love from South Africa.💙
Hi Megane-kun. Yes, I’m hoping to do this. I need to get my cambelt changed, so considered leaving it as it will be changed then. Hopefully I’ll get around to it soon. Regarding topping up the coolant, for the cold temperatures we get in the UK, I always like to keep the ratios factory, but for SA temps, you’d probably get away with adding distilled water as an option. Thanks for your comments, and watching and subscribing. Really appreciate it. All the best. 👍
Super useful video - could have done with this last august as I lost my rag with it and had the local garage do it instead! Looking forward to more! As a side note, where do you get all your torque specs from?
Thanks Kyle. Appreciate the feedback. I have a spec sheet with most elements on that I “sourced” a while back. Thanks for watching and subscribing if you have. Really appreciate it. All the best 👍
I couldn't get the reason of rubbing on your disks. Was the reason is not bleeding calipers by compressing piston? If I bleed by compressing caliper will it still rub on disks or rubbing is not that important to care about? Thanks in advance.
The Cloverleaf has drilled slotted vented disks, but the Veloce has only vented if that’s the difference you mean. Different power cars requires different stopping power. All the best 👍
Hi. There’s a link to the cable in the description on another video. I’ll see if I can find it for you. I’m also running the most current version. Can’t remember what it is at the moment though and the Mrs has the laptop. All the best 👍
Hi. Thanks for watching and happy to help. It’s copper grease on the pad. Helps stop squeaking on the brakes. Only the back though obviously. All the best 👍
Haha. Hi Marc. Yep, that’s another video that I have planned already. 😉. Looking forward to shooting that one. I need to do control arms, bushes and rear brakes first…. But I’ll definitely be painting the callipers at some time 👍
Hi Dom. Not important at all. It can be done the traditional way. There’s a video on changing the brake fluid where I do the normal bleeding. Hope that helps. All the best 👍
Hi Nigel. It’s multiecuscan. Have a look on the channel. Theres a video about connecting to the cars OBD port which details it. Thanks for watching. Really appreciate it 👍
Thanks a lot! Did my pads yesterday while watching the video ❤. You made it really easy.
It can't get any clearer than this! Amazing tutorial as usual. Superb!

Not sure I fully understand the question but if you have a slight rubbing after bleeding that’s not a problem. Hope that helps. All the best 👍
hello, on owners manual i see that front disks are self ventilated. In this case what was the reason u use not ventilated model disks?
The Cloverleaf has drilled slotted vented disks, but the Veloce has only vented if that’s the difference you mean. Different power cars requires different stopping power. All the best 👍
@@vialettotony i’ve seen some providers that suggest ventilateds for even 1.6jtdm. Money bait i guess. thanks a lot.
hello ! What cable are you using to connect? and what is the version of multiecuscan? thank you so much.
Is there another way to drain the fluid?

Hi Tony. Just A quick one. How important is the Bleeding through the ECU? I don’t have any obd reader kit. But would love to give this a go myself.
