Once that happens, they are placed within the "Vine/branch union" that Christ has established for us (John 15:1-5). Christ came to destroy the power of the union we had with Satan; thereby restoring our union with God. Within that "Vine/branch union", we learn to SUBMIT our will to the will of the Lord. This CANNOT be taught in the traditional "religious" settings seeing that "our traditions make the word of God of none effect", and "we teach for doctrines the commandments of men". Also, Satan savours NOT the things that be of God, but those that be of men. Satan is transformed into an angel of light, and his ministers are transformed into ministers of righteousness (II Corinthians 11:14-15). You want to be mindful that YOU are following Christ as HE has intended. How can you deal with the sins of a nation, if you cannot deal with your own?

Amazing that the great cloud of witnesses did not receive the promise; yet, they served God, they were obedient to God, they suffered greatly at times for God, and still they died with the hope that one day all the words spoken, every promised given would be fulfilled by Him. I have believed that since my mom knew she was dying (over 50 years ago when I and my brother were children) that she likely prayed for my brother and I to join her in heaven someday, because my brother and I are believers now. But to think about us carrying that prayer down to the next generation hasnt occured to me . That we are joining with her prayers to multiply them is powerful! And that we may not see the answers in our lifetime. It gives me faith to continue on for my children and grandchildren. The synergy of the ages! Wow!

The Lord showed me several years ago after my late husband had died and when I was having problems with our children, He showed me all the family members that had been praying for our children (who were now in heaven) and they were all standing before the throne of God, holding each other’s hands, and the Lord told me to join my prayers for our children with all their prayers, and as I did this He showed me that I was also before the throne in line with them and holding their hands. We all formed what I called a “prayer chain” before the throne. We all stood United before Him in prayer, agreeing on that issue. All from joining my prayers to my husband and his family. It was awesome and the Lord answered those prayers mightily! Praise the Lord!

Today’s give me 15. Was an indication as to the times of preparing God requires of us to join together in unity as one body. So it reminded me of this, As I was praising the Lord and had been fasting before the Lord. I was praising right before a-window looking up and suddenly the Cloud of Witnesses appeared before me came to join me So many.... I was in awe. Then God gave a vision of Moses coming quickly walking toward me with the stone of Ten Commandments. And then Isaw Elijah coming down toward me also. This is a time to prepare for the coming of this great gift God is allowing us to be blessed with. So the Lord says today. Stand and know that I am God. Divinely connected! Ty Dutch for this reminder you shared here. We are the Body of Christ made up of many parts. Had not considered really, the Oneness with those of the past. Also, Satan savours NOT the things that be of God, but those that be of men. Satan is transformed into an angel of light, and his ministers are transformed into ministers of righteousness (II Corinthians 11:14-15). You want to be mindful that YOU are following Christ as HE has intended. How can you deal with the sins of a nation, if you cannot deal with your own?

Amazing that the great cloud of witnesses did not receive the promise; yet, they served God, they were obedient to God, they suffered greatly at times for God, and still they died with the hope that one day all the words spoken, every promised given would be fulfilled by Him. I have believed that since my mom knew she was dying (over 50 years ago when I and my brother were children) that she likely prayed for my brother and I to join her in heaven someday, because my brother and I are believers now. But to think about us carrying that prayer down to the next generation hasnt occured to me . That we are joining with her prayers to multiply them is powerful! The Lord showed me several years ago after my late husband had died and when I was having problems with our children, He showed me all the family members that had been praying for our children (who were now in heaven) and they were all standing before the throne of God, holding each other’s hands, and the Lord told me to join my prayers for our children with all their prayers, and as I did this He showed me that I was also before the throne in line with them and holding their hands. We all formed what I called a “prayer chain” before the throne. We all stood United before Him in prayer, agreeing on that issue. All from joining my prayers to my husband and his family. It was awesome and the Lord answered those prayers mightily! Praise the Lord!

Today’s give me 15. Was an indication as to the times of preparing God requires of us to join together in unity as one body. So it reminded me of this, As I was praising the Lord and had been fasting before the Lord.
