It was great seeing this "relic" (that is what someone called it) and it was y first time riding one of them. The train was also a bit too short for the station, the current stations holds 10 subway cars while train was only 8 cars. The rides will continue every Sunday until December 29th and I may go for another ride again.
That existing 1970s tunnel section north of 96th St. really comes in handy.
