That front bumper looks great!
Seems to me that those Cooper tyres are crap.
Thank you very much I love how it looks! Coopers are really good but those ones have been on a lot of wheeling trips 😂
I mean, at least no one stole you cat, you just bounced it off a rock! lol
Yep! It’s hollow so it doesn’t matter what happens to it 😂
@@2AOverland I forgot you live on the no emissions side of town! LOL
Greta’s favorite side! Lol how dare you!
Did you have a video on how you did the sliders?
Yeah here’s a link to it

Btw this trail goes all the way to Willow springs. You got about half way into it. Stuff gets pretty crazy back after that water fall.
Very true we thought about going farther but with all the water we figured it would be flooded. I wanna go back and check that out when it dries up before summer
@@2AOverland definitely wait tell there’s no water out there makes it a pain in the ass! But it’s a fun and technical trail back in there. Also expect to take like 8 hours if you want to do the whole trail.
I’m down the second it dries up!
Any of those xj's running lockers?
Both of them are locked front and rear
Hey man where did your buddy get his hood vents
He has the Genright Jeep JK hood vent

i recently acquired a 2000 xj with a 3in lift and im wanting to get into overlanding, in your opinion what size lift/wheels and tires do you recommend and where should i start as far as building the xj to be a comfortable offroad/daily build?
It’s a lot to answer but let’s start off with what terrain will you be driving/overlanding on? And what state do you live in?
@@2AOverland I’m out in Georgia, so will mostly be traveling around the south east
This is gonna be a long answer but I would go out and explore with what you have. Get a good set of all terrain tires and you would be set for 95% of forest roads then slowly build from there from what you want to make overlanding and off-roading more comfortable and capable.
That’s the boring answer 😂 here’s what I would do all over again if I had to.
I would go with a quality 4.5in lift kit for ground clearance with a set of 32in all terrains and a nice set of wheels that would compliment the looks of the jeep. I prefer steel wheels since they’re stronger than aluminum.
From there I would go HD steering from Cav-Fab since the stock drag link and tie rod are thin tubing that can easily bend if hit my an obstacle.
Then from there I would re-gear to gain back some gas mileage and power for any hills you might encounter on the road and a locker for the front or rear to add extra traction offroad.
@@2AOverland I know there’s a wide range of answers haha but I appreciate you taking your time to reply! I was thinking of the 4.5 in lift route and definitely the cab-fab HD steering components. I will definitely be exploring here soon and get a good base of where my jeep is! Thanks again! Keep up the great content!
I appreciate it thank you so much! 😊👍
