1kg Beef Bulgogi
60g Shallot
60g Onion
100g Pineapple
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Cup Glazed Sauce*
*Glazed Sauce Ingredients:
70g Shallots
220g Pear
100g Onion
100g Red Chillies
40g Garlic
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Syrup
1.5 Cup Brown Sugar
