Thanks for this video. Can I see your policy and procedure booklet just to see what it looks like? Not the contents...just what it looks like. This process is INSANE!! The revised code, the lack of guidance, the confusion, one person say one thing and another say something different. I sure hope this is worth the troubles because this is just wow!

Why does it seems impossible for everyone to show what a page looks like ? I just spoke to consultant at century village I think said I have to hire a nurse on call and have a minimum of$70.00 at the bank to show the state for the license, is this true?
