    This helped me a tonne! Especially the “distort” thing by holding the corners and holding select tool. I am new to procreate and I’ve been using this a lot, very very very helpful :)

    Not only are your tutorials the best I have ever watched, the abstract art that you use as the background of your videos is phenomenal! I would love to see some videos of how to create such amazing pieces.

    Question: is there anything we can do for the loss of quality when we transform? I've tried transforming a dress into a person, but the quality goes down so much after transforming it to fit :(

    First of all, thanks so much for your very informative videos! It has really helped me a lot.
    I had a question. When I rotate any object freehand, it seems to lose resolution and pixelates the object. It does not seem to do this in your video. Is there some setting I need to have on?

  • @poko9562
    @poko9562 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why does procreate now make it so blurry when u transform it? It wasn’t like that at all before

  • @cameronthomas8579
    @cameronthomas8579 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Does it have to be on it’s own layer, or can you just use it as a lasso tool? I havent been able to find a lasso tool on procreate?

    • @ArtandDesign
      @ArtandDesign  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      What about the freehand selection tool in Procreate?

  • @vemd444
    @vemd444 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    But how do you cut something individually then move it? For example, say you had an emoji. How would you cut out only the lips and duplicate it?

    • @ArtandDesign
      @ArtandDesign  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      To duplicate: Make a selection then swipe down with three fingers and choose Copy/paste. To move it, select the transform tool (looks like a mouse cursor).

  • @StormandClouds

    How do you use transform on multiple layers at once so you can resize you're whole picture in one step?????

    • @vcat724
      @vcat724 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The whole picture? Click on the wrench on the top left --> click "Copy Canvas" --> paste it into a new layer --> and then transform.

    Does Procreate has Magic Wand Tool like in Photoshop or something approximately, who knows guys? Or maybe any app which has it instead of photoshop
    Thank you

    Nice
    um ya

  • @Old_Man_Jay
    @Old_Man_Jay 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Man seriously, some of the tools are very poorly implemented in this fuckin app is damn frustrating! I don’t want to touch to rotate because it also resizes the selection and isn’t precise. so instead I like using the transform points on the selection box but it works like shit. Every time I make a selection and try to rotate the selection it’s like a lottery and randomly works. 75% of the time i somehow warp or move the image. I don’t understand why procreate is praised so much when sketchbook pro is so much more intuitive to use!
