- I tested the Wet & Wild Primer Powder on my mature (I'm 57), oily in the t-zone, combo skin. I do a full-day wear test and give you all my thoughts. After testing it on another day, I come back and update my initial thoughts, so stick around to the end.

Agree, ridiculous concept to think powder as a primer prior to foundation, and any other liquid products would work well however, this is one of the best finishing powders I have ever used in my life. Poreless and flawless. I was a makeup artist for 30 years for many high-end lines and I’ve tried them all!
Isn't it funny how differently products can perform on different skin? One person's holy grail is another person's oh heck no. I couldn't use it as a setting or finishing powder either.

I have never tried liquid over powder unless it was a powder foundation and a cream blush. You look beautiful as always. I agree with you. You never know until you try. Tfs and I'll see you soon sweet lady 😊

Hi Tina! I couldn’t tell the difference either with the Wet n Wild tinted hydrator (I love that too!) but to hear how horrible it was the NYX , good to know! It did sound like a neat idea, but glad I won’t waste my money! Thank you!
I'm going to try the same technique with a couple of my other powders and see how they play with the NYX. I'm curious now!

I cannot do the powder under foundation. I look like I have the texture of a strawberry on my face if I do that. I think that looks incredible on others and I’m a little envious that I can’t pull it off. 😅
That is a great explanation of what my face looked like! But I used the cover girl pretty fresh powder under the nyx foundation today and it was fine. I just had to know if it was the powder or the foundation.
