All the really hard projects are mostly completed, now to the fun stuff of paint, the floors, the kitchen and the final punch list items. Moving coming soon! P.S. - your audio was very faint, could hardly hear you guys even when turning the speakers up, in case you needed to know.
Yea!!!! The worst part is all in your rear view mirror. Still lots of things to do but you can pretty much relax and do those things at your own pace. I remember the rats and you he perpetual mystery roof leaks. Now those things are gone! Everything is so beautiful. Can you imagine next year at this time? You’ll be all finished with everything and decorating for Christmas ❤

Having sold our condo and bought our little house recently, I was amazed at some of the listings I saw. It was obvious that people had either forgotten, or just got rushed, or were sick of every. little. thing. But those make such a huge difference. Even down to switch and outlet plates. We were able to sell our condo for well over asking price, and bought our house for below asking, at least partly because of the little details. You're going to have a wonderful showplace when you're done. And you'll have all these videos to remember the journey. All the best to you both, and Merry Christmas.

I love my mini-split in my dormered 2nd floor. It is important to clean the fine mesh filter screens. Mine wasn't working once and was fine after cleaning the filter. Too often they are installed very high on the wall which makes them inaccessible.
Thanks for sharing! We actually did try that already and that wasn’t the problem, but our contractor gave us the info for our warranty so hopefully we can get it fixed soon 🤷♀️
Thanks. That’s the plan, as soon as we have a bedroom complete and a couple safe rooms for the pets complete 👍 And of course all the sanding and priming needs to be done before we move in so we’re not living in respirators😄
It does look terrible you’re right! That’s why we haven’t painted it yet 😊 we need to finish sanding it before painting it. We’re not going for perfection, but doing things correctly is important to us 😊
