Chen S1 spam is also decently solid for perma stun potentials. You can also use Eyja, Exusiai s1 too, they are solid. (Obviously for most of these they have better s2 and s3, but their s1 is still solid)

For that, i would say "you guys are all fucking donkey!" Mizuki is a DPS first Stalker, and as you can see, he did his job well enough, so no, he is not shit compared to Ethan and Manticore because he is bad at CC compared to the two. its just wrong to compare them on either sides(CC or DPS) when they aint even competing the same category.
well, "dps first" is a problematic design designion for a stalker archetype to begin with, since in that role (ie. a character that can clear swarms of trash mobs with little support) he has serious competition from the likes of eyja s2 and Dusk s1, both of whom offer comparable DPS, on top of being Pure arts DMG rather than Mizuki's mixed DMG. also, this is disregarding the fact that both Eyja s2 and dusk s1 are all actually in a poor spot in the meta right now since they all get out-performed by the four horseman of consistent DPS: Blaze, mountain, mudrock and thorns. Mizuki, at the moment, is little more than a very mediocre generalist, and as such is practically never going to see serious use. Ethan and Manticore at least had a niche they can cling to, a place where they have no strong competition. Mizuki, however, doesn't.
this is not to say that I think Mizuki is "bad" per sae, his situation is very similar to that of archetto's; in a vacuum they are perfectly fine 6 stars, however, they are just completely overshadowed by other units that do their job better (in archetto's case that's exu and ash, and in Mizuki's case it's Blaze, mountain, mudrock and thorns). this means that they are practically "powerceeped" on release, and thus will never see much use.
He isn't weak anyways, just not busted. His s3 is kinda lack luster but S1 s2 rlly useful for the archetype. Mean while Skadi is still crying in a corner...

Stalkers are also known for their area damage (people used to called them AoE Specialists) and Mizuki is arguably better at it than the Aoe Casters while not doing too badly against single targets. I don't think the archetype needed anymore CC with his S2, Manticore and Ethan. I also think it's good design if a 6* doesn't completely invalidate the lower stars but instead has each rarity fill a specific role.

Not really a bunch of other units can too, 777ucky used this stage to showcase solo DPS all the time. Even Passenger can solo DPS 6-5.
