The best thing about British humour is it's harmless and if we do offend someone we just do it harder till you get that it's harmless banter 🤣🤣

It's as if they know full well that even after 245 years they still don't have their own language, changing the spelling of certain words ain't a language, they just can't spell!

Wing Commander Guy Gibson (he led the infamous dam buster raid in ww2 and was awarded the Victoria Cross) had a black labrador. Unfortunately it was run over just before the attack. The dog is buried at an RAF Station with a head stone ......but unfortunately the dogs name is not a very nice word....its still there by the way , you can visit it.

that wasn't just random German sounding words smashed together, al Murray speaks German among other languages, most of the "German Call" is simply him singing a selection of typical football chants in German. i believe they had just beaten the English team at the time, so the second half of the call (with all the grinding) was Fritz describing what they would to to their next opponents Argentina and brazil

He is an incredible talented man. Speaks German and is a history buff. It was obviously hard for your to understand a lot of it as an American. it was obvious from your face at times. The English have the ability to laugh themselves. Understand sarcasm. and also their foreign neighbours. It is a shame that America is so isolated in that respect. Glad you enjoyed it though
