i am born and raised in hawaii. i know nothing i say will persuade people not to come to hawaii so if you travel to hawaii please know :
please ..
⟡ treat locals/everyone with respect
⟡ pick up your opala (trash) do not leave waterbottles / paper / anything trash , where ever you go there will always be a trashcan to dispose your trash
⟡ do not touch native animals (turtles, seals, birds, etc) its immoral and there is a HEFTY FINE $$$
do not turn your back on the ocean (our waters are stronger than ones in the mainland)
⟡ if you need help dont be afraid to ask
and lastly
⟡ please be safe .. tourists die yearly on our islands we want everyone to RETURN safely
